Late this afternoon, the State filed the below document with the Orange County Clerk of Courts.

While the State understands the importance of this information to the community, this office does not want to create the type of publicity that would lead to a change of venue. Therefore, we will not comment further on the case itself.

I take it from that statement that they are not in favor readily of agreeing to a change of venue!

George and Cindy Anthony will be guests on CNN's "Larry King Live" on Wednesday.

The parents of Casey Anthony will be there with their lawyer, Brad Conway. Larry King will be asking the questions. George and Cindy were interviewed Dec. 10 on the King show, the night before Caylee's remains were found.

Another guest will be Jon Whynock, who wrote "Caylee's Song" and performed it at the toddler's memorial. He is likely to perform a portion of the song, a King spokesman said.

Casey Anthony is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.

"Larry King Live" airs at 9 nightly. A spokesman for the show said it's likely there will be other guests on Wednesday

OMG!  
We may get another duet with Spindy. She's gonna make her national debut!!! 

And Larry might join in to make it a fun filled episode

I'm sorry but every time Larry King talks about this case you would think he was senile.
He acts like he's totally lost.
How many questions do you suppose they will actually answer before looking pizzed and having to give the question over to Brad Conman?

One, by Cindy & Brad will intervene...then if it is unfavorable he will say "The Anthonys cannot answer that question at this time" or something to that effect.  A caller really has to get in there and ask a question that will make their temper flare but the public watching will know they are lying again....might a suggest "So, Cindy why did you send Dominic Casey to go search for Caylee's remains while telling the public Caylee was alive?

They need to be sidetracked & thrown off guard so they can't spend any time fooling the public about their plans for the future...SCAMANTHONYS, as Gordon Ramsey would say P!SS OFF
