Baez To Bring Aboard Capital-Qualified Attorney
New Member Of Anthony's Defense Team To Be Announced

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A battle is forming in the case against Casey Anthony surrounding the state's motion to find out who will defend her.

Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's primary attorney, does not have anyone qualified on his team to try a capital case, but newly filed court papers say he will soon. But an Orlando defense attorney said Casey Anthony's defense has already suffered because of this issue.

In a new filing, Baez is trying to minimize prosecutor's concerns that right now he has no death penalty certified defense lawyer on his team.

Baez writes that the defense has been in constant contact with the prosecution, and he has never been asked about this issue by any of them.

According to Baez, he'll be announcing a new death qualified attorney at a hearing later this month.

According to defense lawyer Richard Hornsby, during recent depositions of key witnesses in the case, Baez had no death qualified attorney asking the questions and that is a mistake.

"If you don't have a death penalty certified attorney conducting those depositions it usually affects the quality of those depositions and under Florida law you can't do a second deposition of a witness," Hornsby said.

Baez is asking the judge to strike the state's motion for a hearing on the issue.

Judge Stan Strickland has not yet issued a ruling or hearing date.

Now why would Bobo aka Cartman need help? He has stated time and yet again that nothing will change him from being lead attorney, that anyone who says differently just does not know what they are talking about.  So the SA is just picking on him again.  Same verse just like the first. And why you ask?  well Bobo is really busy talking to jail employees for hours and days and will continue to do so because he knows the truth and is not going to waste his time dealing with trivial things like evidence and facts.  There will be no trial.  Its all right there on page 13 in the Attorney-for-Dumbies book that he carries around (autographed of course by Geraldo while they were boating).  The Nanny-meter-reader-psychic-pole polisher who works part time folding duct tape while sniffing chloroform and popping xanax and feeds dead homeless squirrels ....the one who really did this and has been under surveillance in Puerto san Pluto is going to be announced.  That is the fact of this case that is coming out and Casey is sitting on her PTA stuffing her face with junk food to save the planet by recycling it and barfing it all back up.  She is only sitting in jail as it is not safe while the real killer is still threatening her family and  threatening to change Cincin's hair.

He gives an interview from his hospital bed, but the Restaraunt management has not been able to get a hold of him.

Drew Peterson thought he was above the law simply because he once represented the law. He has thumbed his nose at the law since Stacy disappeared. Bet he never thought Kathleen Savio would come back from the grave to bite him in the hinney! As far as the Anthony’s on LKL…..surely Mr. King can not be desperate for guests. If he is, I would happily recommend several. Mr. King needs to have his producers delve deeply into the Anthony’s before even thinking of allowing them on his show and insulting his viewers. These people are simply out to make money from their granddaughter’s murder. Caylee was NEVER a MISSING CHILD…she was a murdered child. there is a difference, Maddie McCain is a missing child. Caylee was a murdered child. They say they stand behind their daughter? So why are they not screaming at the top of their lungs to find the ‘real’ murderer? Why would they care that they are being videoed if they went and saw their daughter? I do hope Mr. King will take a clue from Oprah and cancel these people. Why would he want contribute to the mockery, these people make of a child’s murder? Shame on you LK!!

Yup yup, I posted about this late last night - the Scamanthony/Milsteal combo fraud

This whole thing makes me sick!  If you really think about it, the A's don't really fit in anywhere because first of all, Caylee wasn't missing.  Casey knew exactly where she was and second of all, Caylee was a murder victim, but the murder victim families don't want the A's talking to their people because of the A's behavior.  My question is:  how do the A's continue to favor working as missing children foundation when Caylee was murdered?  And, as many kids that have now gone missing, one to two a day it seems like (on tv), why haven't the A's been going out to help these folks (not that I would want them to help me, sorry).  What a bunch of cons.

What makes me sick is they didn't directly KILL CAYLEE but they set it up for her to BE KILLED and should take responsibility for that instead of collecting BLOOD MONEY off that baby's name.
