No..I actually do not think so. His next appearance re: Joran will be inside a NYC courtroom or on the outside steps....

Sometime just before the long Fourth of July holiday would be a good time to make an announcement that Americans won't like very much. Maybe that's what the judge is planning. Maybe for Thursday or Friday -- or whenever she goes on vacation.

Interesting thought, Ono.  When was the last time Joey T gave a media interview about this case, except to the RefuseBees?  Maybe there is something to this Columbian witness's story.

Was so hoping for some news...anything that would signify progress...

So far, only:

Medley was outed, and has spent the day trying to vindicate herself!  HaHa.... Admins at FOB finally seem to see thru her.

Bizman finally spewed his last on FP.... Thanks, Red and Klass!  

Hey, maybe there WAS progress today  Laughing  Laughing  Laughing

Still waters run deep....Taco is up to his waders now...He regrets ever having to be associated with this scenario I would bet. It's a very lost cause.

Great idea for the documentary.  I remember that Steve Cohen was supposed to be making a documentary, on Aruba, about Natalee's disappearance.  I wonder what ever happened to that.  Cohen has been so very, very quiet and hidden lately.  Wonder what he's up to now.

I hate to say it but I don't see how the judge can rule that he has jurisdiction in this case. If the judge rules for the family, I think the decision will be overturned. Sad

I think its not an easy decision and I for one can't decide because I do not know enough about the law. But there might be something in the other thing you said. The courts here usually have a summer recess. ?
