I hope that didn't look like I was defending Snodgrass ,from what I've seen on here he belongs in jail .  What I meant was that Cobra should not have used  " lippy " as a reason to cuff him .

I sniped..

Well, I agree that would never be a good reason to take anyone into custody or handcuff.  there had to be more to the story, and I think Simon explained it in far more detail on his blog.  Once you handcuff a person, that literally means arrest. You have taken their freedom away at that point..    By the way... Good Morning Monkeys. flower

Birth:  unknown
Death:  Jul. 27, 2007

Robert B. "Bob" Welfenberg, 64, of Palatka, died Friday, July 27, 2007, at his residence.

Born in St. Louis, Mo., Mr. Welfenberg settled here in the early 1970s after his military service. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. In 2006 he retired as an engineering technician from PDM Bridge in Palatka after 27 years of service. When he was young, Bob was a cowboy and a rodeo rider. He was a Baptist. He was formerly active at the First Baptist Church in Hollister where he ministered to the young people. He enjoyed fishing. The two main things in Bob's life were his family and his work.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Angela Welfenberg, who were married 59 years.

Sorry the link I posted is not in operation, try www.findagrave.com and name, etc.

If he was married to teresa neves, I bet he did a lot of ministering to ron, but it just didn't take..

I do not know the entire story but since Cobra is a bounty hunter/PI he has the ability to cuff someone if there is perceived danger when doing his job. We do not know what is meant by "lippy" but I am sure Cobra knows the difference between normal BS and what could be a danger. This reminds me of when Dog was arrested - for doing his job . . .

Good Morning! Smile

Heres a link of the article about Daniel Everett Snodgrass and it has a address listed for him.  I'm not sure if this address or the one from white pages.com is current, but art mentioned in his article that it was about a mile from green lane so it's probaly the one in this article.
He was married atleast twice, first marriage ended 8/1987,second marriage was to Joan Susann Newberger on 2/12/1996,Snodgrass was marriage number 6 for Joan
He was born in Ohio 11/1953
She was born in New York 10/1946

Is there anyway for someone to find the death certificate for the other hubs of Annette??

We now have her first husband obit.  Next in line is ...hmmm..Squires?  Then  Myles K. Sykes

Maybe those obits, would give us ALL of the children to Annette, plus offspring relatives to the hubs besides.  Maybe this way we can find out who this...Rena or Renate  Whitmore is!!!!

We had an arrest record of her up awhile back, and also a comparison photo of her and the woman from Jacksonville, who had the dream about Haleigh..  Haleigh was suppose to be found in a field in Missouri.  I thought then, maybe not the same person, but so closely resembled could be related.

I have been looking for a photo of him and haven't been able to find one, but at the link above click on the video tab and you can see a photo of him and video of the girlfriend he has had for 8 years.  It said the girls were taken away from their father because he may have know what was happening.

Body found at landfill ID'd as Holly Hill man

Staff Report

Investigators have identified a body found in cardboard being recycled at the Tomoka Landfill as that of a Holly Hill man, officials said Thursday.

Michael D. Bobo, 52, was found Tuesday by crews working at Gel Corp, which operates a recyclables processing facility at the landfill, Volusia County sheriff's spokesman Gary Davidson said. An autopsy conducted by the Volusia County Medical Examiner's Office on Wednesday found no signs of foul play, and no indication of suicide.

Bobo was reported missing by his roommate April 29, Davidson said.

Gel Corp. recycles throughout Volusia County. Truckloads of boxes are delivered daily to the landfill off Tomoka Farms Road in Port Orange from commercial businesses, officials said, so it's unlikely the body, which had begun to decompose, had been there more than a day.

Sheriff's investigators continue working to determine how his body ended up at the landfill.
