Actually Maureen, I thought she said two weeks, I could well be wrong.. that though lingered with me after the interview, and I thought why didn't you have them this weekend, since if it were two weeks then that should have been her weekend.  I'll find that video and post it, to make sure..  I went through all of those interviews, and at the end I still felt that they knew far more than they were telling.

That weekend thing doesn't make sense at all does it, she gets them every other weekend, so if she had not seen them for three weeks that means she was well over due.   The way it should be set up.. if she has them every other weekend, then if she was to have them on the coming weekend, she would have or should have had them the weekend before misty went to party.  Which means she should have had them Jan 30, 31 and returned them on the 1st.  Now, if by chance she had them the weekend of the 6, 7 and returned them on the 8th, then she would have had them 3 weeks prior.  Could have been a slip up.

When you go through their interviews, you find so many little things that don't make sense.  And their body motions are so odd.  I have watched her dab her eyes so many many times, and never seen one tear.. That has bothered me alot.

it's more of the missing information I so wish we had...I don't know why it hasn't been disclosed what was going on with the kids the weekend prior, although it's not surprising since so much is kept from the public in this case. That is just sooo strange since generally LE asks for the public's help.... I am so frustrated with this investigation that I have to sit quietly and just read here so as not to mouth off. All we ever hear is it's so close to being solved, LE knows lots and keeps it close so leaks won't ruin future arrests, give me a break! when do they intend on finding this child? it's no good if it's 12 or so years from now!

I saw it earlier on the news.. I hate to say this but I am disappointed in a way.. Was hoping they would be able to charge him with the second murder.  You know, that when Stacy was a teen, several years before she married him, he was married and dating Stacy's sister (the one who died with cancer), the girls Mother walked out of their home with Bible in hand, on her way to Church. And disappeared......  I think drew peterson is a serial killer.

Well the families seem to be fading away..  maybe the word should be pulling away.   Someone in the neighborhood should have seen the children.. if they were with Grandma Sykes, why wouldn't that have come out in an interview.  Maybe they all thought it wasn't important, but it well could be a very important element in this.

the number one problem I have with the "taken by a family member" and is hidden in another state is, why would Jr be left behind?? I think that if someone was driven to that extereme where they felt it in the best interest to remove the child from that environment they would risk waking the passed out babysitter and take both children. I can't understand any reasoning they wold leave one behind, it just doesn't make sense to me. and on another note, I would think if someone did feel they were acting in the child's best interest, when the search became the focus of so much publicity they would have come forward since to be driven to such a decision makes you think it's someone with a good heart who could not stand the circumstances the children were living under. It's hard to believe someone with this thought process could stand by and watch this circus without losing their mind.
