The hearing, which will be held on May 19, is regarding a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against Anthony by Zenaida Gonzalez.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony for $15,000 in damages.

Isn't that the same day that LP's depo is scheduled?  If so...Mitnik and Morgan can't be in 2 places at once.

And what about DC's depo....that he didn't show up for?  Doesn't he face some penalty for that?  As well as be compelled to show up?

From the look that Cindy shot at Brad when he said that, I would not have wanted to be in the limo with her if I were him.   

I really think it is Bozo telling KC not to see them, and she is under his spell right now. It is also another way to spite Cindy in KC's eyes I think. Same way she took Caylee away from Cindy, she is keeping herself away too. The last couple of times in court I don't think she even acknowledged her parents. The ultimate cold shoulder. Nany, nany,boo, boo in the ultimate one upmanship game. JMO

I agree, I think KC is callin the shots here.  It's just one more way to try to have control of the situation.  But if Cindy supposedly thinks she's innocent (which we know isn't true, but she wants everyone to believe she feels that way) wouldn't she go visit her just to "prove" that she loves her and believes in her? On the other hand, she probably doesn't want to be embarassed if KC denies her visit...

KC denied her visits last summer. I don't think even Spindy can force her way inside the jail if KC won't see her. I think the ball is all in Bozo and KC's court right now. Spindy is just gritting her teeth and making excuses. You got to know that both of them would have no control in a meeting, and would both go off like roman candles at the first sign of conflict.....I wish they would have a visitation with KC.    It  would probably end up having the swat team called in.

Hi, all you lovely monkeys!  I'm back and I wanted to thank you for all your prayers and good wishes.  This has been one of the most devastating weeks in my life, dreadful in the circumstances of my niece hanging herself, but also incredibly uplifting.  So many prayers and good wishes came our way, not the least from all the monkeys.  Thanks so much for thinking of me and my family.  We were overwhelmed with love from family and friends.  I was so impressed with my children and their cousins' fortitude and caring for each other and us, even though they were absolutely crushed at the news.  This tragedy only makes me more angry at the callousness of the Anthonys.  My brother and sister-in-law were so genuinely heartbroken that it made Casey's faux concern seem even more phony.  Justice must prevail!

Jane Velez Mitchell's show tonight is a recorded show about serial killers.  She is now talking about the BTK killer in Kansas.  I guess to me if KC took a plea deal to avoid the death penalty and getting life without parole, the only way I think it would be fair is if she had to stand like Dennis Rader and to give the whole gruesome details of what really happened to Caylee. As painful as it would be to hear, justice for Caylee would only come when she spoke the words and admitted her guilt. I would not expect her to cry, she wouldn't. Only for herself would the tears come. She is narcissistic enough to enjoy the shock value. But she is also self-centered enough to stick to her story of being innocent and never tell the truth. That is why there will be a trial with others speaking for Caylee. I think the details of Caylee's death will be unspeakably unbearable to hear.....painful beyond belief. Be we need to hear these awful facts, and be strong.....
I am so sorry, Caylee baby, that this has to happen to you. We will not forget you.
