Good Morning to all the Monkeys!

I left my comments on the blog for Larry..because I won't even address THE ANTS.

Some nerve giving them a space on the blog when they already are going to be on the show..but Cindy couldn't wait to get her digs in could she?  What a fool!

I will not be watching..nor will I ever again...CNN is no longer on our TV..locked it out...as I imagine milllions will be doing.  I'll be watching American Idol results show.

And yes ..the DP denfence attorney showed us they got nothing when it comes to defending Casey...they are all over the board..reasonable doubt?....naw...they would have to stick to one story to upset that cart..and they are hyperactive..bouncing all over the map.....good luck with Zanny the Nanny  and anything else that strikes their fancy.

Nancy Grace http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0905/12/ng.01.html

GRACE: Joining us right now is a very special guest, Terence Lenamon. He`s the former attorney for tot mom Casey Anthony. He is renowned in the death penalty field as a death penalty expert defense attorney. He argued against the death penalty for tot mom, but he is now off the case.

Mr. Lenamon, thank you for being with us. And why are you no longer representing tot mom Casey Anthony?

TERENCE LENAMON, FORMER ATTORNEY FOR CASEY ANTHONY: Well, Nancy, I was brought in originally to try to get the state not to seek the death penalty, which I put a comprehensive package together. And in December, I withdrew from the case. Prior to me withdrawing, I had some significant disagreements with Mr. Baez about what I believed the approach to the case should be. Nevertheless, I withdrew from the case.

Of course, they found the body after that, and you know, and you know, I guess within the last couple of weeks, they decided to go after the death penalty again. Mr. Baez actually called me and we spoke, but he`s decided to go with somebody else, I guess.

***************************************************************

I want to go back to Lenamon. Terrence Lenamon has tried many, many death penalty cases. He was onto tot mom`s case until apparently he and the lead attorney, dare I say it, Jose Baez, have had a split of opinion.

Was it over your wise counsel that they use a mental health defense, Mr. Lenamon?

TERENCE LENAMON, FMR. ATTORNEY FOR CASEY ANTHONY, ARGUED AGAINST D.P. FOR TOT MOM: Well, I mean, I think you can look back on some of the conversations we had prior to this and you can just kind of take the next step and see that we had a difference in what I believed should have been the approach, which is I think mental health-related. And just looking at the public information that`s out there.

And by the way, Nancy, you know, this information that you`re talking about, this inmate that`s giving -- regarding the strapping down and so forth, that could be a very dangerous thing for the prosecutor because you remember the penalty phase, prosecutors like to keep it very sterile.

And if I was a defense attorney on this I may make the analogy of the strapping down to the gurney as to the execution and try to play that out to get the jury to think about what is really going to happen when they stick a need until her arm.

GRACE: Mr. Lenamon, now, I admit that you have great experience in defending death penalty cases. But there is nothing sterile about the murder of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony. It ain`t going to be sterile, Mr. Lenamon, with all due respect.

He just basically admitted on national television that Baez knows she is guilty.

A place for you to ask the Anthonys your questions

A note from the moderator -

The  Anthonys scheduled appearance on Larry King Live has provided a firestorm of responses.  No other story we’ve posted has proven to have such a mobilized base of passionate followers.  Your comments speak for themselves.  We thank you for taking the time to voice your thoughts, opinions, and truly heart-felt emotions about this tragic story.

What we would like in this specific thread are your questions for the Anthonys.   We believe in free speech and try to approve all comments in any thread (unless vulgar, full of hyperlinks, or in general violation of CNN’s posting guidelines.).  But this thread will be different.  We want concise questions you want to ask George and Cindy Anthony. Think tweets here, 140 characters or less.

The success of this post will be based on the quality of your questions. There are plenty of places on Larry’s blog where you can feel free to leave your opinions about Caylee, the Anthonys, Casey, etc. (we encourage & thank you for doing so.) But here, it will simply be your questions, no comments.  Larry and his producers will sort through the questions and likely use some of them during the show.

So with that, the floor is yours.  Keep ‘em short (really short), keep ‘em clean, and keep ‘em free of personal attacks.

Yes he did..you wouldn't use a mental health approach for your client if they were innocent now would you?

This is what we will all be doing when justice for Caylee finally comes!

Oh thank you!  <snif snif>  Keeping our pom-poms dusted off and practicing our jumps, just waiting for that day... However long it takes.

Even the boy Monkeys can get in on the act!

Watched Lenomen last night on NG.  Did anyone else get the gist from him that Baez is extremely controling?  I am curious how that must work with Casey's dominant personality.  Also, I believe that Lenomen, in not so many words, gave away that Baez is a dumbiaz.

I did too.  An attorney that has been practicing just a few short years with an Lenomen that has a proven record.  Baez is clueless.  I believe this is all going to be part of the process for appeals.  Strickland has done a great job to prevent this from happening.  Baez will learn a few things about law none-the-less from Strickland.

Attorney Left Defense Because He Disagreed With Baez's Strategy

Posted: 8:59 am EDT May 13, 2009
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team once had a death penalty qualified attorney, but last week he dropped the case.

Attorney Terence Lenamon now says he stopped representing Casey because he did not agree with the legal strategy of her lead attorney Jose Baez.

"We had a difference in what I believe should have been done with the approach that is mental health related," Lenamon told CNN's Nancy Grace during an interview Tuesday night.

Lenamon explained he would have had Casey plead not guilty by reason of insanity.
