I have a question... I haven't been on much lately so I might have missed this but what happened to that lawyer that was added to the team from California that took money from his clients?  Isn't he the DP qualified attorney for Casey?

Todd "Mac the knife" Macaluso faced the bar recently & he is in a probationary program with another date set, I cant recall the date right now, Blink knows it.   I'm not sure he ever tried a DP case as lead attorney, he is known to be a high profile civil attorney for the most part, self-proclaimed expertise in witness cross-examination & reconstruction scenes.

Thanks Trimm and Northern Rose for those articles. Why would Baez feel the need to depose the security guard at Universal during the infamous, taking LE to an office where you don't even work? 

Exactly No Rose..is he then going to try to prove that she still worked there..or had recently..because a security guard let her in?  My memory may be hazy..but I thought they only let her in becuase LE was with her and showed their badges.  That there was a ittle conflict there about her badge...or maybe I am psychic too.

Does Jose Baez want to put Casey Anthony on the stand and claim that Caylee's death was an accident?

That theory came from a legal analyst during a WESH-Channel 2 report this afternoon.

And the theory grew out of a TV interview. Terence Lenamon, a Miami attorney who quit the Anthony defense team, talked to Nancy Grace on her Headline News show Tuesday night. Lenamon said he believed the defense's approach should be mental-health-related.

That's where WESH came in with the speculation. Criminal defense attorney Richard Hornsby, who has offered analysis for the NBC affiliate, suggested that Lenamon's statement means that Baez wants to put Anthony on the stand. She is charged with daughter Caylee's murder.


Hornsby saw Lenamon's approach as more conservative -- one that would avoid putting Casey on the stand.

Baez today conducted three depositions, including one with a Universal Studios executive.

In a noon report, WFTV-Channel 9's Kathi Belich discussed Baez's arrival at the state attorney's office for the depositions. Baez "showed up all alone today" and "didn't stop to talk," she said. "Baez never even took his sunglasses off."

And she added: "After facing criticism for complaining that the murder trial should be moved because of all the publicity in the case, when he is the only one who conducts regular interviews, he seems to be clamming up."

Could that be possible?

Hi again.

I read the DCF document, and thanks for posting that.

I have one question:  If Universal does indeed have copies of her time sheet and pay stubs, did Baez file the income tax forms for that daugter of Anthonys this year?  Even in jail, she would have to file income tax or at least file and get an extension.  Did he do that for her?  Did anyone do that for her?  That would be on record and Baez would then be able to use that to prove she worked at Universal (or any where else), but as her attorney, he would have filed for her, correct?

    ITA  They All have talked so much that the damage is done. Dragging everybody and their uncle thru the emotional minefields with them.  Even if that slore got on the witness stand and sobbed her way thru a bogus accident story, the doubt has already been planted firmly, that she's pathological liar and was like that prior to the killing would have to make jurors believe that in all likelihood she's lying then to cover her sorry azz.  Bozo's cockamamie theories and wait and see promises will likely live up to his usual confusing nonsense.  I'm giving any juror the benefit of the doubt that they are way smarter than whatever ridiculous idea that he's going to try and come up with.

And don't forget they can't pass up the chance for a first class flight to LA...Casey had said in an email or something that the first time she was in an airplane was when they flew to Myrtle Beach for her uncle's wedding..which says to me the Ants are all about this travel now..since before George and Casey were racking up the CC bills and there were no real vacations.

Yep..first class air fair, the best hotels, the finest resturants....the A's couldn't pass that up..they'll just b*tch and moan there way through this interview..with Brad in tow...and screw the rest.

DCP Woman - Has KC's calling her daughter "that child", saying Zanny took her, and that she indeed worked at Universal Studios.....could be dangerous testimony

Baez- "I must discredit these witnesses somehow"
