Brodsky is so goofy, IMO.  So now they are going to appeal the bond.

Ambersand & Ambersgrandmom ~ I felt the need to explain myself in my comment I left regarding the binders.  Sometimes things written here get taken out of context.  I did not mean to offend.  I know you have been working nonstop to bring Amber home since 2/13/2009.  I know your family personally has done amazing work and compiled tons of information because I can tell in the way you post that you are a meticulous and tenacious group of people which can help your investigation in every way.  I was surprised in the article that LE said that they had compiled binders and was using my ill attempt at humor that perhaps they had taken what you had and compiled those binders because you folks seem to be doing more than they seem to be doing from day 1.  Again, I meant no harm in my comment.  I was trying to say that you guys are doing such a good job and LE could step it up.  Although I am not there and do not know what they are/aren't doing, I get the impression from you both that you are not getting ample information necessary from them.  I am glad to see that the people here are adding a lot of interesting, thought provoking information.
