This agreement should help about 700 Massachusetts homeowners get relief on their mortgages.

What about the rest of America?  49 other states? 

What about reimbursing taxpayers for the money they may have expended already for these 700 homeowners? 

Was this lawsuit and perhaps others the reason for the AIG pass-through?
