Well Hello monkeys,,,,sorry I just popped in for a second but I had quite a few screens up and I didn't want to miss a thing...

I noticed a few things, first I noticed when they first started Mitnick said that they had some new evidence presented to them and they wanted to add it, so, I wonder what NEW they found out,

Second, Mitnick said that ZFG DID NOT fill out the form, so whomever did probably misspelled her name, she only signed it...mmm,,,which means she probably didn't care it was misspelled as she was only LOOKING at that time...

and lastly, did anyone else notice that GA looked as if he just wanted to get up and run as far away as possibly, he looked as if he was going to be very sick, kept taking really deep breaths over and over, I think (imo) he is ready for another break down, he looks as if he is barely holding on...

Casey Anthony's attorneys today (INSERT EPIC HERE) failed to get a judge to dismiss a defamation case against the single mother.

Orange Circuit Court Judge Jose R. Rodriguez, who is overseeing the civil case, not only kept the defamation alive, he granted a request to seek punitive damages against Casey Anthony.

Casey Anthony's attorneys are fighting the Morgan & Morgan law firm, which is representing Zenaida Gonzalez, a 38-year-old Kissimmee mother of six.

She is suing Casey Anthony, who told investigators that a baby sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez -- also known as "Zanny" -- abducted 2-year-old Caylee Marie in June.

Zenaida Gonzalez claims she has suffered because of Casey Anthony's statements.

The toddler's skeletal remains were found Dec. 11 in woods less than a mile from the Anthony home in east Orange County. Casey Anthony, 23, is charged with first-degree murder.
