I don't really get the interest in the purse, but I'm thinking that if it's supposed to alligator, faux or not, then that  gator looked a lot like a zebra to me..................... just sayin.   

I want to know where the CAYLEE purse is?????  What about CAYLEE, SPINDY??? 

Now Fanny Mae, did you have to bring up that purse? 

I guess now that Caylee's remains have been found she is off her "Caylee is Alive" campaign. Why isn't she carrying a purse with "Casey is Innocent?" or Zanny did it, but she's not the one!" 

Oh, that's all I would need to see.  She is rolling in the dough now, she is not going to walk around with homemade purses

Cindy better get used to lawsuits!  Being a nurse, she should know better than to "give a child a scented bear, and the child can even decide which scent to get"!!!!!  At time of any trauma, asthma and allergies are heightened, and then throw in a scented bear, well, Cindy and George need to get very, very good insurance coverage not only for their belongings, but also for the charity.  I cannot believe that they would invite that kind of trouble, but then again, it is the Anthonys and they seem to always invite trouble.  I am looking forward to the hearing on Thursday. 

I have to say I enjoyed the courtroom session today.

Oh Please, please. Let it be me! Please Spindy, give me a bear. I am allergic to everything!!! Shoud I buy one??? I have my lawyers phone # right here!!!

That scented bear notion had to be cooked up by Cindy, just had to have been. Allergies like that are not funny, when my neighbor even uses a fabric softener in her dryer, the smell floats over to my house, and I get an asthma attack.

Casey Anthony civil case will go forward for now

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge is allowing a civil lawsuit to proceed, for now, against a Florida mother charged with killing her toddler daughter last year.

Attorneys for Casey Anthony had asked the Orlando judge on Tuesday to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. Fernandez-Gonzalez claims Anthony defamed her when she told police that her daughter, Caylee, had been kidnapped by a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez.

The lawsuit asks for money from from lost wages, and on Tuesday the judge let lawyers amend the complaint to also add punitive damages.

Caylee was 2 years old when she went missing last June. Her mother, Casey Anthony, has been charged with first-degree murder and has pleaded not guilty.

just had a thought ... if there was NO MONEY to be made off of this whole tragedy would George and Cindy stand by Casey? Would they attend court hearings? Hmmm. I think not. What do you monkeys think?

The only lawsuit I have been involved with, before it got to Court the Judge had to decide if there was a case to answer- they called it Summary Judgment- if he said no, the case was essentially dead in the water.  He allowed it to proceed, then before you know it there was a settlement as I guess they knew once it got to a Jury they would be paying $$$.
Do they not do Summary Judgement in Florida?  Any legal people here?
If they had that, then today's motion would not have happened.... 

Summary Judgment and summary disposition are basically the same thing. Either way the case is over (except for damages) - I don't think this case will settle before trial - the As do not want to part with a cent and ZFG is not settling for zero in damages.

After seeing what Brad looked like today, I have a feeling he isn't going to last much longer as the Anthony's lawyer. He really didn't look well, maybe his conscience is nagging him big time.

Oh boy! Trimm needs to make us some more biscuits and gravy on Thursday morning. We'll have popcorn during the court hearing. Then we'll watch the judge fry some more chicken. An old tuff settin' hen!!

LOL..the sad part is that is her normal look....she can look much more evil and will..in court on Thursday!   They maust have someone working overtime now trying to prime her for that court appearance..on exactly how a kind and gentle granmother should look, act and speak...big job!
