just had a thought ... if there was NO MONEY to be made off of this whole tragedy would George and Cindy stand by Casey? Would they attend court hearings? Hmmm. I think not. What do you monkeys think?

I don't think so, but I just can't shake the feeling that part of this is being done to keep family secrets, secret.

After seeing what Brad looked like today, I have a feeling he isn't going to last much longer as the Anthony's lawyer. He really didn't look well, maybe his conscience is nagging him big time.

I think he was steeling himself for the tongue lashing he was about to get from Spindy. It looked like reality was setting in for all of them.

This is going to be very interesting. No amount of grooming from Brad is going to keep Cindy from doing or saying something that she shouldn't. Maybe she will have a meltdown on the stand  We will need popcorn kitty Thursday morning, and throw in Valium Kitty also.

Casey Anthony civil case will go forward for now

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge is allowing a civil lawsuit to proceed, for now, against a Florida mother charged with killing her toddler daughter last year.

Attorneys for Casey Anthony had asked the Orlando judge on Tuesday to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. Fernandez-Gonzalez claims Anthony defamed her when she told police that her daughter, Caylee, had been kidnapped by a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez.

The lawsuit asks for money from from lost wages, and on Tuesday the judge let lawyers amend the complaint to also add punitive damages.

Caylee was 2 years old when she went missing last June. Her mother, Casey Anthony, has been charged with first-degree murder and has pleaded not guilty.

This article just proves all the more that a Change of Venue in this case is a waste, a huge waste of time and extra money.    Good luck Bozo!

Nejame quit as in his own words he can not be effective is his clients do not take his guidance and advice. Why Conway stays after it is clear he can not controll them, nor do they want to be told what to do is beyond me!

Bounty hunter won't be questioned today in Casey Anthony civil case

The California bounty-hunter who once bailed Casey Anthony out of jail won't be questioned today in the civil case against the single mother.

Attorneys with the Morgan & Morgan law firm, who represent Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez in the defamation suit against Casey Anthony, had expected to question Leonard Padilla at 1 p.m. today.

But Padilla's deposition was rescheduled.

So on Thursday we know one question they want to compell Spindy to answer is if Slore ever used her credit cards without Spindy's knowledge..which we all know she did from previous talks Spindy , George and Lee had with LE.

What were some of the other questions she refused to answer...many if I recall correctly..that you think Morgan wants her to answer?

A long time ago, Morgan had said FINANCIAL DISLCLOSURE if their suit was won.
That is why the ANTs, Baez and Conway  are trying anything to get this thrown out. 
The $15,000.00 could have been paid easlily but then there would be an admission of liability. Punitive damages are a beautiful thing.
