WFTV-Channel 9's Mark Boyle noted that George and Cindy Anthony, Casey's parents, had attended the hearing this morning. "They came and left without saying a single word," Boyle said.
It could be that I'm having a spell of insanity, but I have this weird feeling this is going to come to a screeching halt before Thursday. I don't know all the legal mumbo jumbo but does anyone see this as happening, some kind of settlement or something? If not I'm taking bets on why Cindy won't be available Thursday 

My hinky meter is going off too.
Matter of fact I think I'll watch the depositions again to refresh my memory on what they will have to answer this go around.

I am looking...I can tell you this much, at the side bar Kassen is flailing his arms up and down like he is ready for lift off.  The Judge them points to chambers and they all head that way.  Kassen still looks miffed and is adjusting his suit and muttering.

I do't think Morgan & Morgan or Zenaida are in the mood to take a settlement right now...not when a jury could also award punitive damages.

Pooks is on a work schedule, a big one.  I dont know how she manages her stressful job and, still keep up in here. But she is smart.  One of the smartest monkeys in here.  She is also one of the most understanding ladies I have had the pleasure to speak too, yes we speak on the phone.  I love her to bits, and she is smart.  She might not post flat out, but every post she makes, we all should read and take into account, she knows her stuff, our pooks does.

I can feel a case of "stress, overwrought greiving, exhaustion, and a case of the vapors coming on"....... And to think all she had to do is keep her big, blabbing mouth shut!!! She wouldn't be in this fix if she had.

Just stopping by to see what's going on, super busy lately and real life gets in the way!  I am listening to the hearing (missed it) and WOW is this judge full of himself, or am I hearing this all wrong?  Reminds me of the judge in the OJ case.

Thanks Northern Rose. I'm wondering if everything is not coming to a head with Cindy and George. After all the backlash from the bloggers at LKL, and now this on Thursday, and seeing how they physically looked today in court, am I dreaming thinking the charade might be coming to a stop? And no I'm not drunk, or under the influence of any mind altering drugs

My crystal ball is telling me this also, it is telling me she won't be there Thursday
