sindy is DEFINITELY flipping the bird, I watched several times, and I have no doubt she did.  if you watch her facial expressions, it all is very telling.  now,  who was she giving the bird?  Kathy had already left the room LOL

watching the video, it appeared the judge was leading the defense, and leaning toward the defense, IMO
he seems to baby talk, and did not want to seem less intelligent than Mitnik, and seemed to be intimidated or defensive toward him

Thanks for this Trimm..I went and starting reading back..I had forgotten she said she had movies Zanny had rented, her curling iron, various addresses and phone numbers for Zanny...an dshe claims she turned it all over to LE.   This should get interesting..I'd love to know what LE has to say about that statement...I'm sure Morgan has checked with them by now to see if that is true.      Ah..can we say perjury...nasty, nasty perjury.

After reading over that part of the deposition, there is no way Cindy can dig the hole any deeper. It would be impossible, how, oh how, is she going to come up with Zanny's phone number? 

And where is the infamous picture??? 

I betcha there is some huge planning session going on right now. I can see in my crystal ball the new headline tomorrow will be that Spindy is now hospitalized in a catatonic state, and has lost her memory. She will be in isolation and absolutely no visitors for weeks..... Only Joy.

I said from day one Georges suicide attempt was fake.  I know I said Im going to bed, but this talk of suicide makes me spit chips.  Lying scumbag pieces of crap.  NO DEFENSE.  So, now is it casey or cindy using suicide as an option for defense?  What about Caylee?  The dear little girl ,murdered and dumped like rubbish?  BY HER OWN MOTHER.  And her family knew after her first release, I always said that. 
I know I am way behind, getting over a suicide and trying to straighten my life out.  But this suicide defense just pees me off no end.  Lying, money hungry, pieces of scum.  Give it up george and Cindy, go back to work, make an honest living, and STOP RELYING ON TV INTERVIEWS AND SALES OF PICS, to continue your life.  You are not famous.  THE WORLD HATES YOUR GUTSES.  Your daughter killed your grandchild, and you bloody well know it.  SCUMS likeyou that have not given a rats behind about dear lil Caylee, just your own fame and MONEY.  Actually, to be honest, I dont think you even give a rats about Casey.  NOR DO WE ALL, by the way.  One thing, this case may make history.  IF A CAYLEE LAW could be made, every cent the anthonys made from this case should be paid back.  Similar to amber alert, and the laci and conner case.  This could be "ALL MONEYS MADE FROM THE MURDER OF CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY, BY HER GREEDY FAMILY   be paid back to a good cause eg EQUASEARCH.

The judge seemed to know where he was going already and was just guiding Mitnick along the path he wanted him to go. He just let Kasen muddle along and step in the chit on every turn.  Kasen did a fine job of thoroughly pizzing the judge off. I would think it wasn't pretty when they got into the Judge's office. There was already a lot of arm flapping going on at the sidebar. He couldn't even control himself in the courtroom. I hope it didn't turn physical........Bahaaaaa! Yes I do.

Spindy could give them all the tips she got....I forgot, she gave them to D. Casey, her PI.....He may have them in Putnam County since he and Spindy had their falling out. I wonder if he is living in a delapidated trailer way back in the woods and has grown a beard??
He probably has a mean pit bull and a rotweiler out front and no one can get within a half mile of his adobe.....my mind wanders too much.

The most remarkable thing about this whole civil suit is that KC could stop the madness immediatly IF she would just say that this Zanny is not the one who kidnapped Caylee.

Now, I don't believe for a minute that they are planning on using the Zanny defense, so the only explanation of why this circus continues is that she is loving seeing Cindy squirm.  What a fine daughter!

Oh man, CC. I have had the nervous jitters waiting for Lenny. I just know his depo is one not to miss. I think he's got some things to say that are going to blow us all out of the water.

However, first we have to get past the court hearing (if it goes off Thursday) to get to hear the rest of the story on the Ants.

It's like asking if you want a hot fudge sundae or cheesecake for desert. I want them both!!!!
