It was brought up again by Monkeywithclass, why no one has really stepped forward to talk about the Anthonys. No neighbors, except a couple, no friends or co-workers, except in interview, and no on that they have ever had business dealings with. I think it is because Cindy has always been so vicious and harassing that people are afraid of her and just try to stay out of the line offire from her. If she will call an LE Sgt that is working on her daughter's murder case and make threats to him, what must she say to other people. She had no qualms to call a person on the phone to threaten her and make awful comments to a woman that just had a web site to honor Caylee. She is an awful, awful person, and has been for a long, long, time. Medication cannot be blamed for her behavior since Caylee was murdered. I am waiting for the dam to break and for all this stuff in her background come gushing out. I haven't even started on George and Lee.

IMO no one in their right mind would want to speak out.......their lives are forever changed in one way or another if you become a part of this mess.....even if you are merely on the periphery. Can you imagine what the neighbors that spoke out are going to endure.one way or another....the snarly old biddy will get back at them. They have thus far gotten by with so much (so they think) they must now feel they are invincible......no one can or will touch them in her mind anyway. SHE IS EVIL

Yes,  they can be held in contempt of court if they refuse to answer questions the Court has ruled they are compelled to answer.

John Morgan & Keith Mitnik did file a motion to include Cindy Anthony & they are now seeking attorney fees be paid (see motion  http://www.wftv.com/blank/19273625/detail.html)

Is there also a motion to compel for Lee and Georgie???

"The power of God compels you."

I just witnessed a hit and run outside my office.  The putz took off but didn't realize that his front bumper, ALONG WITH HIS LICENSE PLATE stayed behind.  BWAHAHAHAHAHA
Hooters has windows?????????

Hopefully she will be convicted of a felony somewhere along the way and that will be the end of her RN license.. Monkey Devil!

I'd love to see her handcuffed and perp walked outta that court room tomorrow.....I hope she tells the judge the question is not pertinent just as she did in that fiasco called a deposition!!  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Monkey Devil!

Wouldn't that be the cherry on the top of the cake for the day?  I would LOVE it !

She respects no one's authority, so she is not going to be subservient to a judge either.

I was told by someone who lives in Orlando and who been right on target before there will be documents released Friday. Does anyone else know anything about this?

I haven't heard anything so I hope the person who told you is right!!

Question:  Will the less than stellar actions of George and Cindy (since day one) change the outcome of this case??  Should it?  Is it fair if it does?

Always 1.... I think the bottom line is that if George and Cindy had kept their mouths shut, Casey may have pleaded out early on. But with them adding fuel to the fire and backing her up and covering evidence or destroying evidence has brought the case to where it is today. They should have incouraged her to tell the truth from the beginning. IMOO they are loading the needles for her lethal injection and can blame no one but themselves. They have begged for everything they have gotten. I feel no sympathy or empathy for them. Not a darn one of them has ever stood up for Caylee. I guess I sem hard hearted but I do not care if she gets a fair trial or not. Caylee didn't get a choice...why should KC?

I think it will hinder Caseys chances of her attorney spinning it into anything other than that which it is.  Not sure that it will change the outcome though, pretty sure she will get a sticking conviction regardless.  I believe it is fair that they all are served their just desserts.  IMHO

It's interesting to note that Baez has never distanced himself or kc from the A's antics. He's never denounced any of their statements. He's never commented at any of his many pressers that what they do is separate from his defense strategy. I can't understand if he agrees with what they do or he's so absorbed in his own fantasyworld of the first hispanic aty blah blah blah, and he's so dumb that he doesn't see that it's a negative or is it a passive agressive type of reaction. He'll let them just run wild and later point at it all and use it somehow, although that might be giving him more credit than he's due.  It's all crazy.

I could be wrong..and someone may have answered this because I am trying to play catch up here..but I thuoght that in a civil depo ..there was no such thing as pleading the 5th.   Which makes this such a beautiful thing..questions they could plead the 5th to in Casey's cimineral case..I think they are obligated to answer truthfully in the civil case..the problem being..will Cindy actually tell the truth..or continue her mis-spoken, mis-remembered.err mis-truths?
Ok, hold the train.....if that is true then how come Casey has gotten away with just writing her name and then "I am pleading my 5th amendment rights"????

CONFUSED MONKEY HERE.......gonna go back and watch the gnomes.

I thought that came up for about a split second yesterday and the judge told Kasen that they would be getting to that in the future?  Did anyone else catch a remark like that or am I just remembering a dream ....

Does anyone know what, exactly, will happen tomorrow in court?  Will it be just a motion to force Cindy/George/Lee to answer the deposition questions at a later date, or will they proceed right with the deposition there in court after they are forced to answer?
Correct me if I am wrong, but it was my understanding that each of the individuals who needed to answer questions would be called up to the stand and asked the questions that remain unanswered in front of the judge where they would be required to answer.

My question is, are they able to plead the 5th?

Why has Dominic Casey not been arrested yet?  He never even showed up to his deposition, so why was he not arrested and held in contempt?????

I have a sneaky suspicion he is cooperating with LE now!
Ok, I will bite.... if that is true then why is his attorney being summond to court?  If he was cooperating wouldn't he have set up a date and time to answer the questions?

RIGHT AFTER THAT DIDN'T HE HAVE A DISCUSSION IN CHAMBERS WITH Strickland..I always thought he went to Strickland first to explain why he didn't answer the depo questions...meaning Strickland isn't hearing that case, but is hearing the criminial case.  Anywho..whatever he told Strickland had to do with Baez and both Dom and Strickland ended up submitting a complaint to the Bar about Bozo.

What they discussed in Judge "Stan the Man" Strickland'schambers is the portion of Dominic Casey's statement under oath to detectives & the FBI were part of "work product" for the defense when he had worked (albeit not paid to date) for Bozo, they were fighting that portion from being released to the public under the Sunshine Law via discovery.

I remember him saying something about the 5th amendment and Casey's questions, but it was so very muffled and that judge is so soft spoken I am not certain as to what was and was not said.  Anyone else??

Capp, yes everything that the Anthonys have been doing lately has been turning to sh!t, that's why I believe the crazy train is pulling into the station, and will not be departing again. OMG, at least I hope so.

NRCG  me thinks that the crazy train is going to come roaring into the station soon and smash into whatever or whoever is standing there.  I cannot for the life of me see Conman being able to shut sindy up. She's going to at some point get so mad at somebody that she explodes, especially if she thinks her fantasy of being able to hobnob with J Walsh, M Klaas, B Holloway and being seen as legit, is being threatened.  She is as pathological as kc, common sense, morals and decency are things that are irrelevant to her I think, so what we all think is the end she prolly sees as yet another challenge. She ain't going down easy. She's the battle-axis-of -evil !!!

Good afternoon, monkeys!!

Mizjay - I'm having visions of sindy's anger getting the best of her and us watching her escorted out of the court room.....hmmmm....or would that be dragged out of the court room...

Yes, if memory serves 12 pages worth that was in dispute to be considered "work product" for the time period that Dominic Casey reportedly was in Bozo's employ as a PI.   The dates are in conflict as to what time period that actually was & obviously there is a complaint lodged by Dominic Casey that he was not paid.

Also, both Dominic Casey & Judge Strickland reported a complaint to the Florida Bar regarding Bozo, contents unknown - status pending

What bothers me the most in this case....It is bad enough that Casey killed Caylee...But how in Holy Hell could George and Cindy go to the end of Hopespring Dr., Stop at the stop sign and know that their precious grandbaby was in the woods just a few yards from the sign and go on their merry way? I know that they knew where she was......HOW?? HOW?? can a grandparent do that? How do they look at themselves in the mirror every morning? How do they go to sleep? How do they eat a bite of food? Then when LE was on their hands and knees picking through the woods for Caylee's lil bones they sat up at the Ritz and ate steak and crab puffs. They deserve a lethal injection just as much as KC. I have 2 that have a life threatening illness and I pray to God everyday that I am long gone before that day ever comes. I do not think I could bear it. How could they leave her in the woods alone?????
