ORLANDO, Fla. -- The civil case against Casey Anthony will be front and center Tuesday morning. Her lawyers are going to court at 10:00am to try to throw out a defamation lawsuit filed by a woman with the same name as the nanny Casey claimed took her daughter Caylee.

Eyewitness News reporter Mark Boyle called the Orange County jail early Tuesday morning jail workers told him they know of no plans to move Casey to the courthouse this morning.

Does anyone think it's a coinkidink that Baez filed the motion to dismiss the civil case on the very day that LP is due to have his dep?  Any chance KC's clan is freakin about what LP might say?  Not that LP hasn't been open about everything already, but NG hardly gives the man a chance to speak before she verbally slams him...

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The civil case against Casey Anthony will be front and center Tuesday morning. Her lawyers are going to court at 10:00am to try to throw out a defamation lawsuit filed by a woman with the same name as the nanny Casey claimed took her daughter Caylee.

Maybe her PTA is flaring up and she can't get out of her cell.

I did stay awake long enough to see the Nancy Grace re-run. It was a St Louis reporter and he came out of the chute saying that Nancy was helping the prosecutor and wanting to know why the LE hadn't made an arrest. Then he was saying how embarrassed he was for her and how embarrasssed he was to be on her show, and she said she could take care of that, cut his mike.   

Trying to get my eyes focused for the fireworks.  The last time I saw Kasen in court he babbled around worse than Bozo. I think Morgan or Mitnick will make either of them look like bigger fools than they make themselves.

I want some more biscuits and gravy. I woke up ravenous and ready for business this morning!!!!  Spaghetti for Dinner!!!! Yea, don't have to cook!!!!  We gonna have us some fried chickens before lunchtime!

Well, I for one thank a lesser god (like....Satan!) that Crzy's PTA flared up (Trimm! OMG! LOL!) and all tow trucks are out of service today. Wouldn't you know, I get inspired on the conclusion of my paper (yes, AGAIN!) and now I'll have to watch the circus for awhile! Drat!
