hiyas, I miss reading in here, but have been really busy.  I will keep praying for caylee  an angelic monkey  Im trying to better my life instead of being so full of hate for murderers, and if I dont post here much, and miss things, I will catch up, thats a promise to all my friends in caylees thread and for dear caylee who is always in my prayers  an angelic monkey

Judge Rodriguez isnt buying the bull -- he will not dismiss this case.

It's not about what happened at the deposiiton, its about what happened before - really, he had to tell Kasen that?   OMG this is hysterical!

I have a question


How can the Court take Cindy, George, and Lee on their word that "this is not the Nanny" if they have never in fact seen the Nanny and have stated that they never met her???  Would it not just be hear-say then, that their word is actually that "According to Casey this is not Zanny" and not "This is not Zanny"??

He cannot.   Remember Casey counter sued, so if Kasen wants it dropped "good faith" would be offering Casey's willingness to drop the counter suit in order to dismiss - not happening.   It will go forward because Casey has NOT sworn under oath.   Furthermore, Cindy went on camera even after Casey reportedly said "this is not Zanny" and put forward that it still could be (the argument at the end of the deposition).

I'll bet Spindy was jumping up and down in her seat when Kasen started talking about "Gonzale!"

The judge's voice is getting firmer and firmer by the second as Kasen is talking.
