Why is it that all the the defense attorneys are so completely disrespectful in their attitude. I think I would kiss some derriere  if it got me in with the judge. What A$$es they are.

This soft spoken judge slapped Kasen around GOOD!!!  The judge said several times that he HAD READ the depos...I LOVED IT!  He read what azzholes the A's were, their lack of respect for the legal process and IMO this would NOT set well with him AND he KNEW that KASEN was NOT THERE for any of the depos!      I like this guy almost as much as I like Judge Strickland

He's an idiot, what the Anthonys said in their depositions contradicted what they put forward in previous statements - you'd think this moron would comprehend that.    Additionally, it doesnt matter what the Anthonys said if they have never met or spoken to a Zeneida other than this Zeneida - i.e.  produce the phone numbers Cindy.  What matters is Casey used THIS Zeneida's application at Sawgrass & she has yet to date to swear under oath that a) this is not he Zanny that allegedly took Caylee and b) that she did in fact use the application & THIS Zenedia's visit to Sawgrass (a place Casey regularly visited).
