Does anyone know what, exactly, will happen tomorrow in court?  Will it be just a motion to force Cindy/George/Lee to answer the deposition questions at a later date, or will they proceed right with the deposition there in court after they are forced to answer?   

I asked that same question earlier today.

OK I called, talked to 2 ladies both extremely nice. The last one told me to leave a message on Jim Morgan's voice mail, which I did and she said she would talk to him when he got back in.She said he is very nice.  She told me Jim Morgan was also there for the A's depos. Lets hope he doesn't think I am some kind of nut case!!  BTW I DID NOT say I was a scared monkey!!

He is fully aware of us Sunny, he has talked to many of us before on different occassions and received emails showing the lies of the Anthonys and other tid-bits.  He will show you nothing less than Southern Hospitality I am sure.    Thank you for doing that for us.  I am sure he is ready for tomorrow just as we are.

So if he is cooperating with LE with his lawyer by his side will that help take down Casey, Cindy who washed the clothes from the car and probably hid other items, George who doesn't know which way to turn or what to say unless Cindy told him to.  Lee who believes everything he is told. I sure hope so, for the sake of Caylee, the innocent in all of this mess.

I would say yes, depending on whether the judge thought the question was relevant.

Casey Anthony's Attorney To Question Deputy Again

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team is calling back a witness for a second round of questioning. Jose Baez will question Orange County Deputy Adriana Acevedo again next month, even though he already took her deposition last week.

Deputy Acevedo first responded to the scene where Caylee's remains were eventually found when meter reader Roy Kronk originally called 911 to report seeing something suspicious in August. She went there again, two days later, with Kronk and another deputy.

Acevedo's deposition is scheduled for June 8.


HEARING TO TRY TO FORCE ANSWERS

George and Cindy Anthony will be back in the hot seat on May 21 in the civil case against Casey. Lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez will try to convince a judge to force Casey, her parents, and her brother to answer the questions they refused to answer during the deposition.

Attorneys will also depose one of Casey's friends.

Gonzalez is suing Casey because she claimed a woman with the same name kidnapped Caylee.


WHAT'S NEXT?

On May 28, Jose Baez will be back in court trying to get a jail videotape thrown out. The tape supposedly shows Casey's reaction as she watched the discovery of Caylee's remains play out on Channel 9.


CIVIL SUIT AGAINST CASEY CAN MOVE FORWARD

Cindy Anthony is expected in court Thursday. Gonzalez's legal team wants a judge to force her to answer questions and to pay for their costs. The attorneys want to know if Casey ever used Cindy's credit cards without permission. Cindy refused to answer that question during her first deposition.

Circuit Judge Jose Rodriguez will hold a hearing on a Motion to Compel in the Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales vs. Casey Anthony civil case on Thursday, May 21 at 10:30am.
