I have been shaking some bushes trying to get some news about dump. I did send the "Cindy and the bird" pic to Kathi. I haven't heard from anyone yet. I guess everyone is busy, busy.......

Capp, yes everything that the Anthonys have been doing lately has been turning to sh!t, that's why I believe the crazy train is pulling into the station, and will not be departing again. OMG, at least I hope so. 

 NRCG  me thinks that the crazy train is going to come roaring into the station soon and smash into whatever or whoever is standing there.  I cannot for the life of me see Conman being able to shut sindy up. She's going to at some point get so mad at somebody that she explodes, especially if she thinks her fantasy of being able to hobnob with J Walsh, M Klaas, B Holloway and being seen as legit, is being threatened.  She is as pathological as kc, common sense, morals and decency are things that are irrelevant to her I think, so what we all think is the end she prolly sees as yet another challenge. She ain't going down easy. She's the battle-axis-of -evil !!!

That would be after being placed in restraints and possibly gagged.

I have had 8 yrs experience of my own trial and my judge tolerated none of the behavior that I believe the judges in the two cases involving Anthonys will have.  After all Cindy and George feel they are "special" and deserve treatment as if they were royalty.  They don't understand that their specialness is that of total self-centeredness with all the bad behavior that involves.  They are blind to their behavior, and cannot control it.   They will do themselves in.  No-one is at fault save for themselves.

Does anyone know...........Is the memorial still at the remains site? has the property been sold?  Who agrees with LP that Caylee died the night of the 15th or early on the 16th?

Has George ever been ruled out as being the daddy of Caylee Marie?  Here is why I wonder...  It was pointed out by someone that Lee made advances towards KC.  Was he aware of this sick behavior going on within the family and figured he should get a shot at it to?  Sorry to word it like that but.....Things with this case are not normal. 

Was this one of the questions for George if he knew the father?  I think it was one of Lee's questions in the depo.  I would have to go back and read.  Just been thinking on things that KC may have hanging over them that is so huge.  Then the comment by biaz..You will be shocked when the trial begins. Anyone know the answer for George being the dad?

The judge did not hesitate in his removal orders.  Cindy and George feel they are "special" and deserve treatment as if they were royalty.  They don't understand that their specialness is that of total self-centeredness with all the bad behavior that involves.  They are blind to their behavior, and cannot control it.   They will do themselves in.  No-one is at fault save for themselves.  I wonder when or if the Anthonys will be removed from the court room in their upcoming appearances?.

Why has Dominic Casey not been arrested yet?  He never even showed up to his deposition, so why was he not arrested and held in contempt????? 

I have a sneaky suspicion he is cooperating with LE now!   

Ok, I will bite.... if that is true then why is his attorney being summond to court?  If he was cooperating wouldn't he have set up a date and time to answer the questions?

RIGHT AFTER THAT DIDN'T HE HAVE A DISCUSSION IN CHAMBERS WITH Strickland..I always thought he went to Strickland first to explain why he didn't answer the depo questions...meaning Strickland isn't hearing that case, but is hearing the criminial case.  Anywho..whatever he told Strickland had to do with Baez and both Dom and Strickland ended up submitting a complaint to the Bar about Bozo.

What they discussed in Judge "Stan the Man" Strickland'schambers is the portion of Dominic Casey's statement under oath to detectives & the FBI were part of "work product" for the defense when he had worked (albeit not paid to date) for Bozo, they were fighting that portion from being released to the public under the Sunshine Law via discovery.   

Did that have anything to do with the portion of the LE/FBI interview that was cut off?  Where he was asked who told him not to call LE if he found Caylee's body?

Yes, if memory serves 12 pages worth that was in dispute to be considered "work product" for the time period that Dominic Casey reportedly was in Bozo's employ as a PI.   The dates are in conflict as to what time period that actually was & obviously there is a complaint lodged by Dominic Casey that he was not paid.

Also, both Dominic Casey & Judge Strickland reported a complaint to the Florida Bar regarding Bozo, contents unknown - status pending

Okay..I get that part ..except..didn't Dom Casey say he is owed well over $100 grand for his work, and so far has not been paid.  So who's work product is it the person who did the work hasn't been paid..and if he would resign from their services..which Bozo already says he stopped working for him long ago and the A's have him working for them..I guess I am saying if you have not been paid a dime for your work..then how is that work product..it sounds more like volunteer product to me...and why the heck hasn't Dom Casey walked away from the A's yet?

It was in one of the doc dumps..DNA certified that neither Lee Or Georgie are the BabyDaddy.  Which leaves every other male from 12 to 92 in the central Florida area or who visited the central Florida .

Me, I always have thought that Caylee died the night,early morning of the 15th/16th.

Joy was on video at the memorial site a couple of weeks ago. I think it is still there.

Last I heard the realtor was talking about putting it up for sale on Ebay.
