I think David Kock has been on the case since the beginning, but he only represented one of the Ks. It was a few months later that he took up for both of them. So, yea...same guy.

Paulus hired an attorney for the Kalpoes after the June 3 meeting with Nadira. I'm not sure who it was.  I seem to remember that they had one attorney but later obtained separate attorneys due to potential conflicts.

Elgin Zeppenfeldt was their attorney for a while (also attorney for Freddy)  Remember this:

I was browsing the web on info about Amy Bradley and decided to review the old AAV site that shows Amy's picture as Jas, one of the female escorts at the Margarita Island escort service. Well, I decided to go to their forum blog and who do you think runs or manages the forum and escort service?  Charles Croes himself. I was shocked to say the least.
I wonder just how long he's been involved with the escort services and if he knew about Amy Bradley.  

Amy Bradley was there as a "Guest Escort" back in 2004 from what the site has above the pictures posted of the escort girls. Amy was about 29 or 30yrs old then. She is 32yrs old now.

FBI or Interpol needs to speak with this Charles Croes. I think this man is a dangerous man.

There is more that I've learned about the owner of the AAV and will be turning it over to FBI and contact Interpol and Amnesty International of Human Rights in hopes they can investigate this cold case.

I've contacted Mr. Mrs. Bradley about it and pray something can be done.

Do NOT go to this AAV site. I gained 4 Trojan viruses browsing it. Took me all night cleaning up my computer but now it's fine.

It's now 6:45am my time and I am off to bed. Thought I'd share this with everyone.

Please say prayers for Amy Bradley and her family for a miracle.

Hey, DK, what did you use to remove those trojans.  I have had one forever and it won't go away.  Ate my IE, had to switch to firefox, just get online again.  Frijole told me that is what I had and she was right, only she didn't tell me how to get rid of it.  My antivirus stuff, didn't work on it and I have yet to find the one that will.

So if they close the case after they review it does it mean Beth will get the files to look at.  I wonder if the Dutch are going to return the information to Aruba or make a copy just in case it disappears.
