Speaking of Britney - last night she made a cameo appearance on either Letterman or Leno (don't remember which) and she looks GREAT!

I think Bryan Burrough (Vanity Fair article) had a very nice trip to Aruba.

Don't get me wrong. I'm sure VF paid air fare, hotel, and meal allowance, or some such. But I think he was entertained to the max.

I do too, I'll never forget the photos of he and Julia and "Angela" with arms all around one another?

Are you telling me that he returned smelling like my cat food?

dkpen,
 Shocked  Shocked  Shocked
Are you sure about this?  This is just huge!  You got the information to the family and FBI and everything as you said?

I am just STUNNED!  So Charles Croes did not make his money in real estate as we were told but in this sleaze business just like the rest of them.  This is who Beth had to help her in the beginning and now we know why the boycott has upset him so.

NONE, of course that makes perfect sense.  He and Julia seem to have a very special relationship with that aspect of the Caribbean community now don't they!

This is going to require a lot more thought from me to digest it full meaning of this. Is there anybody on that island involved with Natalee's disappearance who is not just filthy in some way or other?  Oh, this is upsetting!  Makes me want to

NO!!!

Glad I could help.

Good eve all Monkeys, hope everyone is well and your vote counted.  Wink

I have read through the thread and have noticed that Amy Bradley has been the topic of several posts. I have not been to the site recently that lists
Amy= Jas/Jaz as an escort  but have seen it often in the past ........

Would like to say 2 things. First is I noticed yesterday that I could no longer find Amy Bradley listed on the FBI's Missing Persons list. Thought it odd.....
Secondly, the Bradley's as I recall, attempted to sue the cruise line from which Amy Bradley disappeared. They failed the first time and then appealed, and again had the case dismissed I believe it was in 2000. The reason for the dismissal that was cited was that Amy was reportedly seen by at least 100 witnesses between the time she disappeared and the time the case went to trial. That was the end of lawsuits for the Bradleys.

I just double checked and you are correct, no longer there.  Very odd.

bleachedblack,  klaasend beat me to it, but I also didn't find Amy on the list.  It seems not too long ago, it was still there.  Not sure about the sightings or the suits, but as klaasend said, it is odd.

I have heard , though it is not substantiated, that Amy Bradley has been contacted in the past  and has essentially declined to be found.

Yes it sure is. If I were the family of Amy Bradley, I would have a difficult time not thinking that she is either a victim of mind control or brainwashing or what ever you want to call it. Remember how Patty Hearst helped rob a bank?

Appellate Court Affirms Trial Court's Dismissal Of Action Based On Plaintiffs' Commission Of A Fraud Upon The Court

Bradley v. Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., 2002 Fla. App. LEXIS 3550 (March 20, 2002)

Plaintiffs filed two different suits against defendant cruise line in connection with the disappearance of their 23-year-old daughter, last seen aboard RHAPSODY OF THE SEAS during a trip between Puerto Rico and Curacao in 1998. One lawsuit alleged negligence by defendant in its handling of the girl's disappearance; the other lawsuit was for wrongful death (even though no evidence ever came to light that the daughter was dead). Both lawsuits were dismissed in October 2000 when the trial judge found the plaintiffs had "perpetrated a fraud on the court" by giving false answers to the defense in depositions. Specifically, the court concluded the Bradleys had intentionally concealed the existence of over 100 witnesses who reported seeing Amy living freely and under no duress at various times after her disappearance. During discovery the Bradleys had identified only three witnesses, all of whom believed they saw someone "looking like Amy" who might have been under possible duress.

The Bradleys appealed the dismissal and Florida's 3rd District Court of Appeal affirmed the lower court's ruling. While Florida's appellate court often takes several months to issue a ruling, the 3rd District issued its order affirming the dismissal less than one week after oral argument. Royal Caribbean was represented by Jeffrey Maltzman and Darren Friedman of KRM's Miami office and Miami appellate attorney Lauri Ross.

Hi guys! How is everyone on this election day? I did my patriotic duty and cast my ballot. Hope you all did too.

A Charles Croes and Bradley connection, huh?

Very interesting................................

There's so much sleaziness around this case and around that island. Quite a contrast to the "vacation paradise" that they'd have tourists believe. You just know that Beth and Dave ask themselves how this could have happened to their "apple pie and Chevrolet" daughter with such a bright future!
