In Canada it's generally 24 hours.

I was in for a week with my first born...eons ago.

The hubs nearly fainted when my doctor was giving us the information.  His face drained of color and I too lost a breath for a moment.  Then he regained his composure and screamed "Whoo hoo 2 football stars!" LOL  I think he might be hoping for boys..LOL  its just a hunch.

The picture is touching to me. The relaxed way Mr Dolce is holding the babies shows that he is going to be a wonderful father. The babies are beautiful, and I know it reminds us all of the new baby smell and excitement of new life. The soft, perfect little feet and hands and the tiny noses and rosebud mouths. I am sure that the moms and dads, grandmas and grandpas, and even aunts and uncles monkeys reading here can close their eyes and remember these times. When my son was little he always liked to go by the nursery window if we were at the hospital for anyreason to see the "fresh babies."
