What wonderful news for a Monday morning.......I remember the day we were blessed with our daughter, the happiest day of our lives for sure, and to think you are blessed with two beautiful angels - it doesn't get any better than that.  I love their names.  See you soon Dolce.  Hugs

The hubs nearly fainted when my doctor was giving us the information.  His face drained of color and I too lost a breath for a moment.  Then he regained his composure and screamed "Whoo hoo 2 football stars!" LOL  I think he might be hoping for boys..LOL  its just a hunch.

Dolce just texted me, they are not letting them go home today.  She is disappointed, but I told her I will keep her updated!!!

Yes, and they really should let a mom rest some, I think they let the mom go home way to early anyway.

Thank you and your hubby so very much for letting us share in the birth of your precious angels.
They are blessed to have you as parents. Prepare to be amazed at how they will interact with one another. My twin grands had a language all their own, and would not do anything by themselves. It was both or nothing. God Bless you all as you start your new life as parents.

With my second and being a c-section, I know they sent me home way early. I had nothing but trouble with the incision, I was literally cut from side to side for a ten lb baby. I must have lost a lot of blood, I was white as a ghost, and weak, and could barely function. I think it is a good idea to keep a mom there so she can at least catch her breath some.
