Thanks Texasmom,
Started reading at the link you gave me and got very confused. I think MumInOhio got some of it wrong. In the Spanish community( and by them being from Venezuela I assume they are Spanish) they go by two surnames. The father first, and the mother last. So Freddie's name would be Freddie Arambatzis Zedan. Arambatzis being his father and Zedan being his mother. When they live in other countries they either hyphonate the names or just go by their mothers' name.

When I worked in personnel years ago, I thought it was the middle surname that was the mother's .....guess they had me fooled.

2NJSons this will explain it somewhat.

Lampe: Aruba FATF black list '

Oranjestad - Aruba does not meet the rules for combating laundering of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and will probably on the black list of this organization can be placed. The party says Rudy Lampe of RED in the Amigoe published today fully open letter to State Secretary of Kingdom Relations Ank Bijleveld-Schouten (CDA).

In the open letter points Lampe to a national decree today in the States of Aruba is discussed. In such a national institution and the establishment of a monitoring body for casinos, a so-called gaming control board regularly. The Advisory Council would be against the entry of such an institution have advised. "Against this opinion gave the government the draft still in the States and the dictatorship of eleven in the States, which the government does not check, it will issue the international reputation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands serious harm," said Lampe, who are refers to the upcoming presidency of FATF in the Netherlands. "According to the latest audit of recent FATF Aruba does not comply with the rules to combat money laundering and Aruba will probably on the black list is actually a Dutch territory during the Dutch presidency of FATF. If the creation of the foundation still continues, in the hands of friends and family of the current government including ex-minister, who recently was convicted of violating the comptabiliteitsverordening, the damage for the Netherlands are even higher, Lampe said.

Corruption
The party further in the letter that the claims of States President Wyatt-Ras that initiative laws of the opposition are not obstructed and that the government group is indeed the government does not monitor true. Also, the recent history of Aruba, according to Lampe have proven "that corruption is not absent of government procurement. "The convictions in the Fondo case, including the ex-leader of the AVP / CDA, speak volumes. The number of violations of procurement since 2001, the MEP the upper hand, is shockingly increased, "said Rudy Lampe in his letter to the Secretary of State.

Hello monkeys,

Jen:  I didn't want you to think I missed your question - we are just on at different times.  Not a forensic search (although my opinion of a forensic search is totally different than ALE) - more like "let's just move the stuff around to see if there is anything blatently there to hide investigate".   And not early on.  Reminds me of the secondary search of the VDS residence - any one of us monkeys good have done a more thorough job.
BTW, I agree with your definition of hypocrisy.

sorry for the mis-type - it was a cross between "any one of us monkeys could have" and "any good monkey would have" ...

Thanks Sleuth!  Do you know if it was before, or after the Gesterkemps (Klein) bought it?

I'm really stumped by what Tim said to Dana about having raised money/not having raised money (1.5 mil), and believing THAT reporting error is what dried up their donations.

I wonder if Tim realizes the probability of the ACTUAL reason donations to TES dried up, was the news of his continued association with a known criminal and liar - Louis Schaefer, and a man who turned his back on what both Kyle and Tim felt were the remains of Natalee - John Silvetti.

I know that made my stomach turn, and I know I was far from the only person who felt/feels that way.

I doubt that's the reason donations have dried up because most don't even follow the NH case any more.  More likely do to the following:

1.  The economy

2.  Seems like recently TES pulled out of a couple of searches (Caylee Anthony, Haleigh Cummings and there was another he backed out of going to in another state..I forget the name of the case right now).  Judging by some of the comments I see about TES on the front page of SM and as I read around people have been disenchanted with TES of late.

3.  That 1.5million Tim Miller says he needs Jen Hale swears that Tim himself told her they had.  Tim says no, Jen says yes.  Confusing.

Other than those who participate or read the Natalee Holloway forums ... I do not think that many Armericans are aware of the controversary encompassing John Silvetti's betrayal to Natalee and the family when he afforded unchallenged possession of what could have been Natalee Holloway's remains to the enemy or ... Louis Schaefer and John Silvetti's questionable business dealings.

I do believe the last of the media attention regarding John Silvetti's in regards to the Persistence was the Dateline special which shed only a positive light on the contribution of these two men in the search of Aruban waters for the remains of Natalee Holloway.

Klaas I also doubt that Tim Miller's ongoing associated with John Silvetti and Louis Schaefer is not at the root of donations drying up for the TES organization.

Good Morning Monkeys!

Evening Update; Natalee Holloway
According to Fox News, Hannity & Colmes interview …

As per Prosecutors office spokesperson, Mariane Croes, Paulus Van der Sloot is being held in suspicion of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, NOT THE COVER UP. He is being held on the same charges as the previously four detained suspects.

Paulus Van der Sloot to be held another 48 hours.

The Iowa Channel ; Mother: Son Admits To Being Alone With Missing AL Girl

A Dutch teen detained in connection with the disappearance of an Alabama teenager in Aruba has reportedly changed the story he initially gave police.

The boy’s mother told The Associated Press her son now admits to being alone with Natalee Holloway on a beach. But she said he insists he did not hurt Holloway.

UPDATE: 12:15am EDT
Tonight on CNN’s Larry King, Prosecutors office spokesperson, Mariane Croes, said the following:

“Paulus Van der Sloot was arrested on the suspicion of premeditated murder

All of the suspects in custody were arrested with the same charge.

(excerpt from transcript)

KING: And why are they suspects?

CROES: At this point the general description is that they are suspected of being involved in the disappearance of Ms. Holloway. That’s the general description. But because when we arrest somebody, you have to have a reasonable suspicion of specific crimes, so at this point all the suspects are arrested on the first crime of premeditated murder.

KING: So that is — is that a charge?

CROES: At this point it is only a reasonable suspicion. The definite accusation and in American system “charge” will be made when the investigation is finished. And the prosecutor has reviewed all of the evidence pertaining to this investigation.

Also Larry King interviewed Robin Holloway, Dave Holloway and Natalee’s aunt, Marcia Twitty. Unfortunately he also had defense attorney Michael Cardoza, who really should not have been apart of this interview. Cordoza really made some insensitive comments. Transcript can be found here.
