TIM MILLER:That's another thing that Gerold Dompig actually told us when Dave and I was over there; that he felt that Natalee was out in the water, that the night the fishermen's hut was broken into, a knife was stolen, a rope was stolen and a large crab trap was stolen.  Gerold Dompig's words were "Natalee was put in that crab trap, they put rocks in it and they took her out 3 to 5 miles and she's 800 to 1,000 feet deep and we always thought about the water anyhow.

When Dave and I were over there we actually found the boat we truly feel took Natalee out to sea, so

That would be the boat that Rosalie Klein bought from the Gottenbos family, I think.
Dompig ws off by about 900ft and a couple of miles.

Remember Dave having also said something about watching Koen Gottenbos do a barrel roll behind the couch in their home when he and (?? Art?) drove up.

Yes, Dave had received several tips about where in the ocean she was.  And I would have to imagine he shared those with Tim.

Divers are going to be heading to the water one mile off shore tomorrow.  Joining me now from Aruba is Clint Van Zandt.  He‘s a former FBI agent and also an MSNBC analyst.  And also side by side with him, Art Wood, the private investigator who will watch tomorrow‘s dive.

Art, let‘s talk about this dive because it‘s based on what, something called triangulation.  Tell us what that is.

ART WOOD, PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR:  Well, it‘s based the technology that a 76-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, brought to the island.  Joe Walker (ph) is a treasure hunter, has been for a number of years.  And he claims—and I can‘t vouch for his technology, but he claims that his technology can locate a body off shore.  I spent the better part of four days helping him run his equipment.  And using a compass and GPS, we have triangulated about 20 different readings to a spot about a mile-and-a-quarter off the coast of Aruba.  And tomorrow, we‘re going to put divers in the water and see if we can locate Natalee‘s body, if it‘s possible.

Jossy Mansur, managing director of "Diario," what`s the latest on the searches? Apparently there are still underwater areas to be searched and there`s high-tech equipment now available in those searches.

MANSUR: Yes, ma`am. They did get (INAUDIBLE) and Eduardo Mansur did get some specialized undersea cameras, which they will use to pinpoint a large area of ocean that was identified by Joe Walker with his specialized equipment, apparently found some kind of human remains, bones and teeth, very close to the hotel area.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Wait a second. That sounds like we`re burying the lead here. I mean, you`re saying that they found something? Say that again. I haven`t heard this.

MANSUR: No, no, that they identified on this detector -- the detector identified in the ocean some kind of bones and te eth at some point in a large area of ocean, in the area that we know as the hotel area.

Nothing has been found, but it has been identified by a detector. And that`s why they`re using these specialized cameras to go out there now and do a deep-water and a total search of the whole area.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, I`m not a scientist, so I wouldn`t know how you could possibly identify something so specifically without having seen it. But it`s hope.

Pretty Good....Just Praying for Rain....It was 108 degrees here today....and no rain in site for at least a week!  We are watering the Yard right now trying to save the St Augustine and the Azaleas. How about You...Are You doing OK? 

Wish I could send you some. We have had rain for 7 days and 7 nights

If you go to this Jossy Mansur's facebook page, he has a Jossy E Mansur listed as a friend.   Can't see Jossy E's face in in pic, though.         But he's got 1174 friends.   

Noticed Julia has Jan Brennan listed as a friend.

Kyle Kingman:  We're close to finding the Dirty Hand and a major leak plaguing the investigation. I believe they're linked. I'm assuming Caps isn't deep inside ALE, but do we know that he isn't? We need to figure out who Cap's source is and what he does. Can we confirm Destiny's source is a Dairio reporter? If so, do we know who this would be? Could it be Eduardo Mansur???

Kyle Kingman:  For Jan 7th, Eduardo wasn't on the boat, neither were any media, Tim Miller, or Tim Trahan.

Jossy Mansur:  No, my son was not on the dive team, but he was on board the ship every day. What he told me is that the cage is of an industrial type and not similar to the one that went missing the same morning Natalee disappeared. The ship did map a vast area and was able to pinpoint close to 100 items of interest on the bottom of the ocean along the coast. Just when they were about to examine them, they ran out of money because it is an expensive venture.

Kyle Kingman – 03/18/08:   The tip Dave got said the trap was 2-3 miles offshore. I found this one 2-3 miles offshore. 2.1-2.2 miles if memory serves.
