Quite frankly, I am not sure. It seems this is a motion for damages. However, it also seems the Court dismissed Kalpoes charges and gives the defendent the right to recover damages. This looks to me to be a motion to recover damages, which they are entitled to.
I am not sure. I am not well versed in 'Legalese"

I doubt he is official either, but maybe Daddy got him a job. Someone has to pay for college in the US.  Thanks for the court documents, I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall when Depack's lawyer go the documents

Looks like a tourist was hurt at Morgan's Island, ambulance responded.  The press wasn't allowed in to photograph the scene, and also mentioned that the police were not there for an investigation.

I have been thinking about this motion since I read it....thoughts were a hope that the Kalpoe gravy train is halted.   Wreck's train wreck was also in mind.

This is certainly good news for Jamie Skeeters' widow.  So now will those who encouraged/bet on the Kalpoes chip in to pay this amount?  If not, that should tell the Kalpoes all they need to know about how much faith they truly have in their little lawsuit attempt.
