I have to wonder if they really thought no one would notice the Aruban version was so different from the one Skeeters and Dr Phil presented.  Deepak doesn't even use the same words!  Sloppy attempt and I don't think it fooled anybody.  Probably not even Nadira.

Buckeye - I think that question was asked.  I really can't wait for it to go to trial

Yes, I'd just bet Dr. Phil's legal team will know where to go to recover any fees they might happen to be awarded.  And the longer the Kalpoes drag this out, the more fees the Defendants will be awarded in the event the judge rules the same on that as well.

By the way, the 183 page motion is mostly the backup of the detail of the fees.  Pretty dry stuff and alot of it.  Plus alot of the pages are blacked out due to personal information.

I remember Arlene telling us that under their system, even the Defendant or suspect had rights.  Guess it never occurred to them that under ours, they do as well.  When there was no offer of out of court settlement, we knew the Kalpoes had a problem.

I was wondering overnight what the Court would do if the Kalpoes didn't pay this in a timely manner.  They can't say they don't have the money while continuing, supposedly, to pay their own attorneys.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
