Monkeys

I am a believer in Kyle Kingman's own words ... words which exposed John Silvetti's participation with the Arubans in the finale to the coverup agenda that has prevented justice from prevailing since the morning of May 30, 2005.

When I scan the OIL & GAS PIPELINE INFO Thread ... it is obvious that Natalee Holloway Monkeys believe the John Silvetti betrayal reveal by Kyle Kingman must be researched and exposed in the the name of justice.  Although I feel completely out of the loop  ... I support the effort 100% nevertheless.

On the other hand ... I am a believer that those who are personally aware of the John Silvetti betrayal but ... choose to remain silent while continuing a professional relationship with Silvetti  ... choose to associated with those who embrace an Aruban agenda ... are also participants in the Aruban coverup.

Exposing the corrupt Aruban invesigation that has prevented justice from prevailing for Natalee Holloway has been my focus for over four years.  Those who choose to deter this objective will not be given a free pass no matter who they are.

Janet

Think about it.

Natalee Holloway Monkeys are one in the contention that Kyle Kingman should not be given a free pass for not being forthcoming to Beth or the FBI regarding his genuine concerns encompassing the the trap.  Natalee Holloway Monkeys are one that Kyle Kingman motivation may be self serving when his ongoing professional relationship with John Silvetti is considered.

KYLE KINGMAN - IN HIS OWN WORDS

Kyle Kingman - 06/13/08
:  John is not a believer in the trap. He took ALE's word as gospel that it wasn't case related, yet never studied the videos or bothered to inquire further. He had plans on doing business with Aruba and in S. America and he didn't want to hurt any feelings by talks hinting at lack of complete trust and friendship. I did not feel the same and we had a major difference in opinion. He was the one who never pressed ALE to be completely open with us with the trap evidence. i would have forced them to. However, John was the one paying my invoices so I was forced to sit back and hope for the best.

Tim Miller: In my years of searching we have seen several bodies, skeletal remains--I have seen my own daughter's skeletal remains. I can’t help but believe at this moment that that is human remains in that crab trap ...

Tim Miller: It looked like a skull. Still looks like a skull.

Chris Hansen: So, you're thinking-- you're thinking at this point--

Tim Miller: I’m thinking at this point, "Oh, my God, maybe we've got something. Maybe we've got something."

KYLE KINGMAN - IN HIS OWN WORDS

Kyle Kingman:  If it isn't her, it will forever haunt me as a major cosmic WTF.

Kyle Kingman:  I know Tim believed me and was convinced 100% which is why he went and told Dave that we found Natalee on Dec 29th.

Kyle Kingman:  I sent these 6 screen shots to the FBI and the FBI only. I was shocked to see them posted. I thought we had a security breach on the boat from my workstation or a leak from the FBI. Turns out the FBI gave them to Dave H. after he couldn't get them from me. After Tim Miller told Dave that we found her in a trap with 99.9% certainty (this is pre-diver inspection), Dave very reasonably requested them from me.

Gold Monkeys

On December 30, 2007 ... the day of the visual dive ... Natalee Holloway's wise uncle had a gut feeling that a negative outcome was where it was at IF the enemy was afforded sole possession of the contents of the trap.

They will have dateline onboard and I understand that they were involved in the Titantic so I assume they have the expertise to preserve any remains or artifacts and have a protocol. They can always find and locate it, call for assistance and then retrieve it. But that is my fear that they imediately turn it over to Aruba where her remains can become that of a large crab.[/color]

My prayer is that Kyle Kingman and Tim Miller do what is right and reveal the truth from their perception regarding the happenings encompassing the trap ... a perception that was initially very troubling to BOTH of them.

I wonder if Tim Miller shared his concerns with Dave Holloway while they were following up on the Costa Rica tip immediately following the December 30, 2007 visual dive.

KYLE KINGMAN - IN HIS OWN WORDS

Kyle Kingman:
I suggested that we shouldn't take the Aruban Polis divers at their word and proceed with planning a recovery of the trap. Also, I proposed the trap site may not be pristine or the Polis may have already knew about it. This statement was backed up by several comments we heard, behavior we observed, and other things. Tim told me he thought I was right but didn't know what to do about

Kyle Kingman:  Tim Miller was never on the Persistence while I was not on board.  He stepped off on or about the 1st of Jan to follow up on the false lead in Costa Rica IIRC.

I had a great morning talking to myself.

I LOVE MYSELF
I love myself
I think I'm grand
I go to the movies
I hold my hand
I put my arm around my waist
If I get fresh I slap my face.

Kyle Kingman:
... This occurred on Dec 30th when the Arubans told us there wasn't anything of interest in the trap based on the visual-only inspection (Dateline and Tim Miller present). After the Dec 30th dive John didn't want Tim Miller on board the Persistence because he said Tim wasn't necessary any more and was a liability. I don't know what that exactly means, but Tim wasn't hurting anything except releasing the statements to the press and Holloways that we found Natalee. Although likely true ...

Valero: Closing no tactics'

13 Jun, 2009, 15:41 (GMT -04:00)

ORANGE CITY / HOUSTON - The temporary closure of the refinery in San Nicolas by July 1 is not a tactic in the long conflict with the Aruban government taxes. That Valero spokesman Bill Day said to Reuters news agency.

"It's mainly for economic reasons, particularly the low margins on distillates," said Day, who compares the situation with the refinery in Delaware City. It was closed in March and April because of the disappointing results. Valero would not address claims by other opposition parties that the tax conflict AVP plays a role. It is the sales tax introduced in 2007 which BBO Valero enter an arbitration case. It is not yet ruled. The Board of Appeals for Taxation recently rejected the objection of Valero off the chance that the refinery soon to 15 million florin BBO should wear.

Prime Minister Nelson Oduber cites the decision of the Valero refinery in San Nicolas to close 'suspicious'. This is because it just before the parliamentary elections in September has been taken. He suspects the U.S. company that both the government and the opposition wants' dealing '.

The tax exemption for Valero is on 31 December 2010. Valero said earlier that it would sell the refinery. That has not happened. According to specialists is difficult to sell the refinery because it can produce no end products. So far there are no employees exempted from the more than 700 man permanent occupation. How the labor contract with the state, around 1000 depending on the work, is not known. Union Iowua had yesterday afternoon consultation with its members, but it is not known if and what steps they will take.

Aruba
Chamber of Commerce: "Free access to Dutch '

13 Jun, 2009, 15:41 (GMT -04:00)

ORANGE CITY - The Chamber of Commerce (CoC) is that people with the Dutch free access to the island would have to work and live. This is reflected in the recently published Vision Gobernacion di Aruba pa 2009-2013, in which the Court a vision of the future outline, especially in the commercial field.

"In the context of our political relationship with the other members of the Kingdom, it is advisable to freedom of movement to respect and maintain," says the Chamber. The report clearly shows that the Chamber considers that there should be for the admissions policy. The report is that the government provides a huge development in the field of hotels, timeshares and apartments. "If all these plans to be implemented, as a result, the number of foreign workers also drastically increase," says the Chamber. Because these workers - under the current government - after three years to leave the country, it is for companies not to bring almost to invest in training. "For three years after leaving the workforce and new employees must be trained." The Court asked whether the quality of tourism to benefit.

The Chamber provides a number of suggestions for improvements in its report. Thus the Court calls for abolition of the admission policy of three years. In any case, for certain professions and expertise. "Let young professional immigrants for an indefinite period of time. So for a long time may contribute to our economy. "The admission policies, according to the Court in the case of older foreigners have tightened. This is to prevent this group from 10 to 15 years of work left and then a social hole traps because they do not have full pension. "They can not maintain itself, what new problems." Finally, the Court finds that the application for work and residence permits should be simplified and shortened.
