BUT - just because Tim hasn't said anything publicly about what he saw, his feelings about what occurred, or any outrage at it all - doesn't necessarily mean that he, Beth, and Dave haven't discussed this in depth - with him providing other (unknown to us) information about what transpired.

It would appear that neither Tim Miller or Kyle Kingman shared with either Beth or Dave regarding their genuine concerns  encompassing the contents of the trap.

I would had assume that Tim Miller would have shared with Dave Holloway when they both pursued that false lead that took them to Nicaragua immediately following the December 30, 2007 visual dive on the trap … the visual dive that Aruban divers claim there was nothing Natalee Holloway case related.

However ... considering Beth Holloway was uninformed until September, 2008 and ... Dave Holloway was participating in the raising of funds in April, 2008 to further the Persistence investigation of targets ... maybe Natalee Holloway's father was in the dark regarding the troubling happenings on board the Persistence.

 

If there is something I am not getting?  I would sincerely appreciate being informed.

Kyle Kingman:  On the night of the 30th (I believe this was Tim's last night on the Persistence) I approached Tim and proposed some ideas to him. I suggested that we shouldn't take the Aruban Polis divers at their word and proceed with planning a recovery of the trap. Also, I proposed the trap site may not be pristine or the Polis may have already knew about it. This statement was backed up by several comments we heard, behavior we observed, and other things. Tim told me he thought I was right but didn't know what to do about it. 

Kyle Kingman: He (Tim Miller) stepped off on or about the 1st of Jan to follow up on the false lead in Costa Rica.

Dave and Beth have been doing a great job getting the word out and while I was on the island, Dave put me in contact with the head of the Hotel Association who is working on raising a sizeable amount ...

jen3560: Approximately May 2008 Kyle began dodging questions for details (we had asked for names of Aruban police and divers to be included in our documentation of these events), hedging on moving forward with this, and then he completely disappeared from our board.
 
During that time, we learned Kyle had never contacted Beth, or Dave, or the FBI with this information.
 
We put our original plan into motion - that of presenting this information in a clear and concise manner, and we sent it to Beth Holloway.
 
Beth was disturbed, needed time to digest the information, and wanted to share it with someone she trusts.

The fact that the victim claimed to recognize him, made no impression on the court. The faces of the perpetrators were partially covered and the victim is blind in one eye.

Violence
Morris was eventually convicted of violent armed robberies of four taxi drivers. He was the one behind the drivers and place them a weapon against the head set. One of the cabbies has Morris can identify. He was convicted of armed robbery with threat and violence. The fact that the robberies, four within two months, as short to each other were performed, the court account in sentencing. The fact that the firearm used was an air gun, the Court made no difference in the severity of the threat. The fact that Morris has already been condemned because of theft and prohibited possession of firearms, the right weight. Eventually he was sentenced to seven years and six months prison for less arrest.

I guess Bastibro is finished with his little "show".  He must have had other assignments while he was here.   

We can't "impeach" anyone who has already impeached themself by their own actions/words.

Some people will go to great extremes to have their words seen, even if they need to do it through someone else.  That someone else needs to put his big boy panties on, and remember why he's still a member here and they're NOT!

Some people need to think long and hard about WHY their words are not seen on a public forum regarding this case.  Hint:  It's NOT due to their extreme dedication.
