Dagnabit!!!! Why does that happen! Erases my entire post and just leaves a monkey with rolling eyes!!!!

I SAID, maybe Annie supplied the pre-paid cell phone. You can text msg on them too....Now! Doggoneit!!!!
Sheesh. I am cranky today with too many bad cases going on today.

She may have picked it up but she didnt buy or arrange for it - that is for darn certain, she referred to the Anthonys all using a cell.   Hopefully, LE can trace what service & when it was purchased & by whom.

You can go to any Walmart, Target, Drug Store, and I have even seen them in a Dollar Store before. All you have to do is buy a Unit card at the same place, pay cash for it all. No record....... Take it home . To activate, all they ask for is a name,(ficticious) addy (Ficticious), e-mail (throw-a-way) add the units and sim card, and you are in business. That is why they are so popular with drug dealers. The pings, however, are traceable, and I am sure the text msgs  can be retrieved.  LE would just have to know what they were looking for. You can even have a number that is not local, depending where you activate it....

11 Q All right. Now, after that, when you went and
12 met with her on that day --
13 A Yes.
14 Q -- did you talk to -- first of all, we'll talk
15 about Casey and then talk the other folks as well, George
16 and Cindy and Lee, but did you ever talk to Casey again
17 after you met with her in person on that day?

18 A Yeah. We -- we would talk. She would text me
19 from her mom's phone or from her dad's phone just saying
20 little things, hey, hang in there.

Thank you,I was looking too.

I just made a call to Lenny to see if he or Rob/Tracy had any knowledge of this prepaid phone or any cells they witnessed them using.  He said to give him an hour or so & call back he was in the middle of something.  Left a message with Morgan's assistant that they might want to get clarification on this prepaid phone & to look at Annie's deposition where it is discussed.

And I love you.
Maybe they were discussing Annie's problems, cause they sure as hell weren't worried about Caylee.

I searched the .pdf of Annie's deposition transcript for the term "prepaid" or "pre-paid" and got zero hits.  I did it the lazy way; sorry to bail on my intended mission of re-reading the whole thing...I'm just not feeling it at the moment.  (I'm with Fanny.  All these recent stories and bombshells about children and women being abused and killed by predatory monsters... just not feeling the sunshine today.  Hugs to Fanny and all other similarly frustrated Monkeys.)

Sorry if I'm misunderstanding the facts; maybe you guys are saying that a prepaid phone is mentioned somewhere else, and not by Annie in her depo.  Or maybe it IS in her depo, and my quick search just didn't find it.

Hoping Capp will get a call back from LP, and he can recall about the phones and help us nail it down.

Or maybe it was in an interview with LE. I remembered mention of a pre-paid phone somewhere. We knew she had spent the night with Casey before her depo.

I wonder why Casey would be saying to Annie to "hang in there??"

Great question, Fanny, because it leads back to Annie's They took me right to her -- ran the gamut of the reporters and protestors to sneak me in -- because I was going through something and needed my friend bull hockey.

She needed her "friend?" The friend that she admits she had not been in contact with for quite some time.  That she wasn't "best friends" with any more.

With Caylee missing; with Casey the prime suspect out on bond waiting for murder charges to be filed, and evidence of Caylee's death reported in the media, I ask:  What personal problem of Annie's could possibly have trumped her -- and Casey's -- and Cindy's -- concern about Caylee?  Something is very, very fishy about this scenario, IMO.  Especially viewed in juxtaposition with Annie's repeated avowal that she did not discuss anything at all with Casey related to Caylee's disappearance -- that she (Annie) did not want to be "the one who knew" what happened.

Why, indeed, would Casey be comforting Annie with the "Hang in there?"  Hinky times a hundred, if you ask me.

Good afternoon Monkeys.

Not sure if its been brought up as I haven't been online for a bit but annie lied abut having no contact with Tony L. after meeting him at the chicken wing place. She sent emails to him asking questions about Zenaida and he forwarded them to Yuri. The questions IMO looked like something sindy would come up with. If this hasn't been brought up I will go find them in the docs.
