Part 2

Baez apparently almost says the word "incident" and catches himself, then says "Caylee Marie Anthony" and Casey flinched.
Will go look, wonder which it was that caused the reaction...
--bump--

It's really, really worth re-watching, my Monkey friends.  It actually begins around 24:50 or so.  Quite eye-opening!  Baez stumbles all over the idea of an "incident" vs. the "disappearance of Caylee Marie,"  He and Strickland get into a little debate about "premeditation" (!!) , Casey looks like she's trying not to shriek or something!  Strickland is caught between amusement at JB's ineptness, and disbelief/concern that he(Judge) is having to keep this straight for the sake of proper procedure and justice.  Wow.

Bonus:  The expressions on the faces of the out-of-state (fe?)male attorneys as they listen to Baez blunder all over the place:  Classic.

There is also a lingering, super-close-up of George as "the incident" and "Caylee Marie's disappearance" and "premeditation" are being discussed.  He looks stricken.  There is something in his eyes that was not there before.  He and Cindy both have obviously been through something recently.

I recommend watching this, it is a two-minute segment that packs a lot.  (And who is the suit/briefcase guy who walks out at that point, warmly greeting Brad on his way out?)

Desi, I'm going to make it a point to watch that tomorrow, I did watch the motion hearing, but I wasn't concentrating totally on it, I was doing other things as well, and missed that, thanks  an angelic monkey

Mizjay...it is a southern thing I guess.I have been saying it as long as I can remember. Just a way of saying somebody made you mad.

And Cindy was definitely mad at someone. She and George both looked like they had been up all night.

Thanks Jaggard, will do.

I found this does it help?  It refers to the Geraldo piece:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apparently there was an interview today with Geraldo and the GM. GM showed another side of herself, I hear, but she was with the attorney who fixed it and I now suspect is representing the entire family.

I would like to know where this Amy Huizenger ( her BFF) went and when she returned home. She left her car with Casey. And Casey picked her up at airport. I originally heard she returned on the 12th. Now they just changed it to the 15th which does not fit the timeline. Police were notified on 7-15 at 12:45 AM. AH say that Casey picked her up at airport on 7-15-08 at 2:30pm. Did the police just let her leave and go the airport?

In my opinion, it is always to good to save the snippets of news you get in the beginning because they disappear as the case progresses.

It's interesting to read back @ some of the posteres & comments: on that same page Klaas says something about the family being OFF, OH if she only knew!!!!

DESI  I just watched it and there's one of those eye movements that ppl. talk about , micro expressions or something, that kc does when he said it, then, like his dumbazz self in about 10seconds goes on to say something about it not being an incident. He's a buffoon, he really tries to conduct this as if it's a bridge club meeting and he'll make up his own rules and tell the judge what's not needed, as if everybody should just "know" what he meant and take him at his word.

I cannot believe he teaches any class at the college level in any subject, but law? gimme a break!  It is worth watching and I found out you can move that slider bar over to any part of the video so you don't have to listen to him for the whole session.

didnt find the "fight comment" one yet - its not Geraldo with Bozo on 7/19 nor the 7/21 Greta interview....I'll look some more tomorrow.

But this classic has Cindy caught in a number of obvious lies, the beginning of what we've learned to know of her deplorable behavior - "I've never seen her (sic Zanny) but I haven't seen God but I know he's there" someone in distress over a "missing child" is not at the ready with these swipes.    Big lie, that she only had an hour with Casey - so not true!!   How about stating that she & Casey made the myspace page & contacted Casey's friends the morning of 7/16...liar liar

Ya know MizJay, I have always been interested in the law.  I always wanted to go to law school.  I know that I do not have the mental capacity to be successful at it.  Maybe jb should have listened to the little voice inside my head

 Too funny!

Looked like she had been crying to me????  All the attys had probably been in touch regarding Lyons joining the team. Conman MUST have some clue that his clients are in for a rough ride, maybe he told them. Maybe CA is scared her house of cards for the foundation is going to take  a hit?  They've been banking on that, prolly thought they'd cash in and look respectable, don't think so.  Maybe she saw rev. Grund and her instant hate meter went up ?

I appologize for not being around earlier to see the Lucinda trouble.  Lucinda has been banned.  She just cannot control herself and we cannot control her. This is no place for her to get help.

Saw this one coming a mile away!! Don't apologize Klaas, you can't be everywhere at one time.... or can you??

Thank you.  This is what I thought.  Crying.  She looked like she had been crying a LOT within the past 24-48 hours.  And maybe that she'd just gotten out of bed, very tired.  And she looked (to me) about 50% annoyed, but about 25% worried and another 25% scared.
