WOW...the lady's presentations on YouTube are stunning...I'm going to "try" to post a picture of Caylee and George in the swimming pool.  Look closely at the eyes, ear, jawline, nose and mouth...very similar.

Ok, can some smart monkey tell me how to get into the Caylee Marie Anthony Archives? I will go back and look on Sept 19/20. Someone may have posted the link to that video there.
Fanny just go over to where it says Caylee Marie Anthony in blue and click on that - it will show you everything that we have on Caylee.

I have NEVER let go of that possibility.................Think about another possibility Desdemona  -  WHAT if George had a SON besides Lee which no one knew about. (including Cindy until recently)
There is SOME reason all those DNA specialists believe it leaned toward a family member because of so many alleles (sp?) being the same.  Lull that one around in your mind.

OMG George does look like that guy that kept his daughter in the cellar. I'm going to bed now too. Ewwww. Night monks.

You won't get any nanners from me. If there was incest in that appalling family it would explain so much. One could understand why Caylee was murdered and why KC had so much power over her parents. It's no excuse, just an explanation. If that is the case, it will come out eventually. I hope it's not Bozo's "compelling reason for a lot of her actions".

It would be very surprising if George DIDN't look like Caylee since he is her grandfather. lol !
Wow, they look somwhat similar !
..
George's response to the memorial being gone seems normal. Why would anyone want to think of their loved one in that way ? If you've lost a loved one, do you think of the pain and suffering of their last weeks, or days ? I am betting that you think of the happy days and memories, not the final ugly ending. It would be torture to keep replaying the final days or whatever in your mind regardless of the situation. Besides that memorial must have been an eyesore after all this time.

The only complicating factor in this is that she was in the medical facility.
HIPPA laws are federal laws. You cannot disclose anything to do with medical records, in jail or not.
If she had been in any other part of the jail there would be no problem releasing the video, as we have seen before.....
It'll be interesting to see how it all shakes out.
I see that as a problem also. The one thing I don't know though is if those laws apply to a jail facility. I know Baez will argue they do (or he should have in his motion, but the DA he is went into everything else but)

Many rights are waived when they are arrested when they sign the check in sheets, so that may be a right she waived at that time.
I remember hearing news stories from time to time over the years about illness/health/treatment of inmates... Susan Atkins comes to mind, who was recently in the news wanting to be released b/c of her brain tumor.  Maybe not a good example, since one would assume she herself made that public.  Too tired to remember specific examples, but I do recall hearing stories in the media... Yet, I've also heard what Western says about privacy rights under HIPPA... Has anyone researched what the exceptions might be, or whether prisoners waive part of their HIPPA rights upon incarceration?  Now I'm really curious.

Here is the thing I'm debating considering HIPPA and or privacy while incarcerated (none expected minus communication with attorney & medical records).   This video and any conversations thereafter did not disclose her medical history or record.  Casey herself asked for a sedative, that is not a disclosure.  She knew there were cameras in there.   The statements that were made by staff were observations NOT disclosing medical records or discussing/making a diagnose.   The reason she was brought to the medical center is reported to be in case she needed medical attention & for her safety as well as the jail's safety they knew it was an area that had cameras in place at all times.   Now, if there was audio & right there in the medical center they were treating her & discussing her medical condition, that would be a much more cut and dry situation.  It will be interesting how that aspect plays out but Im not inclined to say  that her rights were infringed upon in this capacity, tomorrow should be very interesting.

Desi, I agree the motion was written poorly per usual & not without childish swipes by Baez, of course he exaggerated ridiculously BUT the fact that staff members (Uncer & Richardson) spoke to what transpired was "cruel" and went on too long IS not a positive thing at all.  I hate to say it but he has something there to chew on.  I would hope Uncer & Richardson are subjected to testify & if they do the only chance to clear up Bozo's allegations is if they say yes, that is what we said but the "cruelty" does not rise to the level of unacceptable, or something to that effect.  For the life of me I cannot believe these two would openly admit this in Bozo's deposition knowing what it would cause....grrrr    I strongly feel that in the end this video will be sealed from being released to the public & the judge will state that there is enough out there already regarding the content, unless there is a slim chance he tells Bozo that the bell was already rung & seeing the actual video will not cause any further harm than the discussion of it already may have done.   Right now, the odds are in favor that it wont be released IMHO.

Yea, I just saw that as I went back there to check...hmm who is the "source" and who are the "alibi witnesses."   OK, right now I see a small circle of George Kennedy, Jennifer/mother, George's brother & Im still not discounting GK until law enforcement makes a public statement to back up this "source."

Yes, Kat_Gram, and Caylee looked a lot like Cindy, too IMO.  So may I just add that my inability to rule out the possibility of incest as an answer to the mystery of Caylee's paternity isn't related to any family resemblance.

I so agree with you about the memorial.  Did you see the picture? (Forgot on what news site I saw it...)  Everything was soggy, moldy, and I'm sure it smelled terrible.  I believe Dolce pointed out earlier that it would have become not only an eyesore, but a health hazard by now.  Elementary school children have had to pass by it every day going to/from school.  It is not a bad thing that the rotting, nasty items were removed.  But why the mystery?  And where's the effort to create a lasting memorial?

I agree, if my loved one were murdered, I wouldn't want to focus on the place where his/her body was found.  But I certainly would understand the impulse and feelings on the part of the public that was hurting for a little girl who was thrown away like trash, left all alone to decompose out there through five months of weather, floods, dark nights, wild animals, etc.  That is the sentiment that people have; not that they think the place where a bad thing happened should be glorified... IMO.

BTW, I didn't mean to suggest in my earlier post that George's statements were not "normal," or that they served to expose his guilt.  Sorry if it came across like that.  Just to clarify, I had experimented by reading his statements as if he had been involved with disposing Caylee's body at that site, and found it interesting how the statements could be read in line with that scenario.  But I do certainly do get what you're saying.

It's nice to hear a rational voice among all of my

So thanks, Kat_Gram!

I have done that, but I only see the last three threads listed. What I need are the threads that go back further. Is it that I am tired and sleepy? Or am I not doing something right?  Looking for the thread # that would cover the 17,18,19 of September. I have already been looking in another Caylee thread where I used to post. No luck so far.

This is an interesting take on Caylee's father.  Not that this angle hasn't been discussed here, but this YouTube makes a good video.

Yikes!! I wonder who was this person?
Okay, I'm tired and depressed, and here comes the dumb question of the night, the picture of the man next to Casey and Caylee, is that George? It kind of looks like George, but it kind of looks like the Austrian creep who fathered so many kids with his daughter. I better hang it up for the night, I'm so confused.
Yes, George a few years back when he was sporting a 'stache.

Thank-you, I swear I'm losing my mind with all this  Monkey Devil! And I hate to say it, but it would not surprise me, if there is incest involved.

Aw go ahead NRCG,  just let that mind go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   What little of mine that was left from these last months of bozomania, scamthonphrenia, lies up the yingyang, cheese puffs, crab puffs, CMA howls,Henwy Lee's ham sammich, milstupids, 007 bass boats, team kc retards, NG's rants, JVM's mullet and all the other stuff that I can't remeber, is gone.

Inmates medical records are protected just as they are on the outside. Inmates don't waive that right. For an outsider to get medical records the only way I know of is to have the inmate fill out a consent to release health information form so that he/she gives consent to have medical information released to whomever he/she wants to have such information. In some states information can only be released to the inmates attorney. Jail's usually have correctional medical services that are a division of the regional health care provider and HIPPA laws would apply. In Canada we have laws that are just as strict and it can be nearly impossible to get medical records.

In this instance I don't think her rights were violated in any way as the conversation was about her asking for a sedative, nothing was said specifically about her medical history or what drugs may or may not have been given.

Good evening Monkeys -- I wanted to ask Desi a question but if anyone else knows the answer, please help me.  A while back Desi said something about a 12k debt of Casey's which was discovered before June and I am looking for anything on that.  Are there links that talk about this story?

Hi Pooky, good to see you!  I wanted to respond to your inquiry, but for the life of me can't remember making a post about Casey having $12,000 of debt prior to June.

Maybe it was at a link I posted, and am just not recalling it at the moment.  I did a quick search and found this from a post by Trimm, but it's Baez, not Casey.

http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=4946.msg794658#msg794658•Miami-Dade Circuit Court records show that Baez failed repeatedly to pay his $200-a-month child support after his 1993 divorce. The sum owed reached $12,000 by 2004. Asked recently about this, Baez said through his spokeswoman that he and his ex-wife have resolved their child-support issues. Like J.A.B., Baez's only child is a daughter.

I'll keep looking.

Thanks Des ..
The Anthony's have been put ( or they put themselves ) in an awful position. I think they are in agony and the only way they can deal with it is to lash out at anyone and everyone. Everuthing they did in the past was inappropriate and perhaps criminal, but I could relate to what George said about the memorial.. On a human to George level.
