with KC dissing her parents, just where does she think she will live after being found not guilty (which will never happen, but just saying)?  Even her brother lives back home now, so where does KC think she will be living?  OMG, maybe with TonE, or one of the previous boyfriends? 

Okay, I am over that now, I know she will be found guilty, and will get at least life without parole if not the death penalty, but you would think her team would think a little bit about how that is being played out, you know, dissing the parents, looks like she isn't thinking she will be out of jail. 

Ummm...Casey thinks she is going to get away with murder & go on to be wealthy, that's why....she best rethink that!

As stupid as Baez is, wouldn't it be awful if he confused the jury so bad they didn't know what they were doing and found KC not guilty?  Awful.  Listening to Baez talk compared to all the other attorneys in there I believe that Baez is not cut out to be an attorney at all.  He sounds like one of those kids in school that never did their work and always got D's on their report cards. KC will have a jail officer lined up to move in with when she gets out!!

I think the judge is allowing the media to plead their case.  I thought he had already opened it up to the media to plead, but wtf do I know?

Maybe someone commented before and I missed it, but did yall notice the prosecutors laughing at Bozo?  Then Strickland looked over at them and kept rubbing his mouth so he wouldn't laugh.  Bozo didn't seem to notice, but maybe the new lawyer did and will clue him in.  I gotta stop calling him Bozo and insulting clowns this way!!

They looked like they have been stuffed under her bunk since the last court hearing. Remember what Lee said about the folded clothes at Tony's when he went to pick them up. He said he and Casey were not neat freaks......   Obviously!!!!

We have to remember that it is important for the jury to "like" the defense lawyers.  From what I see, that ain't happening.  A good defense lawyer will come across as informed, educated, knowledgable and likeable.  I don't see any of these on the defense team as any of the above.  They all appear sloppy, abrasive and ill-informed.

Hell, Baden & the new lawyer look like linebackers with wigs - and not very good wigs at that.

This of course is only my opinion.

I think Judge Strickland is begging the media to ask for the tape. Hehe. This is the second hearing he has put it off giving the media time to plead their case. He wants it released. And boy is Casey getting broad. If she has to wear that shirt one more time it is going to pop. And did you notice Bozo kept putting his hand on her back at the end or trying to?

I also loved the part where Judge Strickland(Love that man) told bozo they didn't need media plug for the new att. . I just love to see Bozo get a smack down.

Now we need some DOCUMENTS to make the day complete.

Cindy even asked the lady in front of her to move over so she could see Casey.

The reason it is all delayed is because everyone else just got the motion last night & did not have time to prepare...untimely again by her defense team (on purpose)   excuses, whining, stalling....and people wonder why Im not worried at all about the final outcome.   

PS  Bozo made a massive boo boo in court today calling Jesse Grund a "suspect."    His @$$ is grass in a civil suit in the future.
