Me either, they must have had the mystery lawyer locked up in a room for weeks, tomorrow he/she will see the light of day

As far as this new lawyer,Baez if full of it.He complains about the media and then drives it himself.He could have told who it would be,but nooooo.He likes all this drama.
I'm beginning to think Cappy was right about us not getting any documents until after this hearing.
She must have activated her super powers. 

Did I do that...   Nay, just logically I know there was a mishap with the last batch so I'm sure the State wants to be absolutely sure what the Court deems can be released & that they redact what they have to before releasing it - it should be shortly after the hearing that we get our next document release.

Subpoena duces tecum is used to compel the production of documents that might be admissible before the court.  It cannot be used to require oral testimony.

It is frequently to obtain discovery during litigation, but cannot be used for a "fishing expedition" in order for a party to gain access to massive amounts of documents as a means of gathering evidence.     They are seeking that it is defined as limited.

Capp why would Baez not put a time frame on his request?  Is this a tactic to stall the trial even more or do you think he was hoping for a fishing expedition?
