thanks trim.....I don't care whether this is released or not....we already know what happened...would I lile to se see it...HELL YES...anythine kc is in pain/distress of any sorts I wanna see it. the prosecution has already seen it and said it will not be used in court and I don't believe that bunk about BOZO's hand being in her pant as someone posted yesterday on another site.

I would not dismiss her lightly. I just read a number of articles on her and she is a powerhouse in DP attorneys.

She is not going to put up with any nonsense from Baez either from what I have read about her, so expect him to be GONE shortly. He is a detriment to the defense case and I will guarantee you she KNOWS it..........

This is why I don't think Ms. Lyon will not stay.  Baez has a svengali-like hold over Casey.  Casey, being immature, thinks Baez is her world.  She will not let any atty take control from Baez.  Of course this is detrimental for Casey, but she isn't bright enough to think about the consequences.

She will stay.  She has a book coming out in Jan.  There is no way should could possibly get better media exposure than this case and her ability now to do the press tour to pimp her book.  A writers dream!

I think she is going to make this case a lot more difficult...however, Judge Strickland is not going to give her anymore leeway than he will any of the other attorneys. She KNEW she was not allowed to speak to the court....yet, she tried and Judge Strickland put her in her place.  I don't think BOZO will be gone but he certainly will not be running the show.

Lenamon stressed that he's not a friend of Lyon's. "She is definitely a class act," he said.

What can we expect?

"Andrea Lyon, I know, is not going to take any s--- from anybody, and she'll approach it [the case] the way she thinks it should be approached," Lenamon said.
Yea, just like she told reporters today "to get that thing outta my face." Whateva!

It will be a miracle of Lyons stays with the team, no I disagree -  it will be her gone before Baez due to Casey not letting go - it is solely CASEY's decision who represents her.  Lyons came in much too late now to influence or manipulate Casey's decision behind Bozo's back.  The only way Bozo is leaving is if the bar tells him he must due to proven misconduct & gets suspended or worse.

It also does not look good that LYONS KNEW she could not address the Court today yet she pushed it, if that type of behavior continues it will work against any legitimate arguments she makes & offend the judge/jury.    It should be obvious to everyone that Bozo controlled this drama fiasco by not wanting to file her motion requesting pro hac vice status in this case which is the reason why she could not address the court.   Once again, the defense team counting on the general public being overall naive & his mind stupid...jokes on you Bozo!   I have to amend my thought that we are about 1/2 year from October to start trial, it will be longer because all they are doing is stalling, bumbling, whining & fishing not to mention this DP qualified fugly thing is all wrapped up in her new book tour.   Did you all get the hint when the defense team conveniently told the Court they cannot appear back in court on THEIR motion until late June?

I would like to see the complete depositions that Bozo took at the State Attorneys office of the jail staff, etc - but we wont for quite awhile.  Yes, he has meat on the bone with his argument regarding what Uncer & Richardson said, I just need to see what was said before and after what he quoted to see if it still carries as much weight as it appears in his child-like written motion.

One more thing for now, the Anthonys were idiots not to object to Bozo's request about their phone records albeit it would have looked very bad for them & Casey had they.   Now, we just might see a few calls they haven't wanted disclosed...hmmm

Two things come to mind, the fact that they could not object to Bozo having all of their phone records has her fuming & the mere sight of Rev Grund whom they know they have wronged a thousand ways to Sunday and literally slandered their son unjustifiably.    Yea, Cindy's "hope faith" is proven to be the farce whenever she sees a Grund or Casey's lies smacks her in the face HARD....too bad, so sad for her.

WATCH THAT DOGGY DOOR
Could you imagine coming home from work to find this tiny creature napping on your couch with your dog? Guess who came home for dinner? It followed this beagle home, right through the doggy door.  This happened in Maryland recently.  The owner came home to find the visitor had made himself right at home. 
This hit the 6 o'clock news big time.

I had the same thing happen once.  Except it was a momma possum and her babies!

The dates mentioned were June 22-25 that they are "available."   The judge is going to have to get control of that before it gets out of hand, and Judge "Stan the Man" will.    As far as Lyons not taking any snit, neither will "Stan the Man," we can take that to the bank.

Well I see that Casey made her appearance.

I heard that all of her photos were taken by the NASA satelite in order to be sure to fit her in to phrame..only problem was NASA is now stuck, seems the satelite has started to orbit around her.....now tell me who is gonna pay for that!!

When asked about his clients weight, Baez had only this to say "Casey is not fat, she is just 4 feet too short.  Thank you.  Where did you get your law degree?"

Thanks for those links.  Finally someone told Cindy to dress appropriately for a court room and she wore a skirt.  I thought it terribly disrespectful of the authority of the court to be dressed as she has been in the past.

She is very angry.........Wonder why?? LOL
