ORLANDO -- Judge Stan Strickland decided to postpone a hearing Thursday morning on whether video of Casey Anthony hearing of the discovery of a child's remains can be released to the media.

Strickland said he needed more information before ruling on the issue, which basically centers on Florida's Right-To-Know law.

The defense said they want the video sealed. They argued it violates Anthony's rights and doesn't prove or disprove anything.

The state said it doesn't object to that idea.

Strickland wants to hear from the media before making a final decision.

During Thursday's hearing, lawyers for the prosecution and the defense butted heads about whether all phone calls and text messages from witnesses in the case should be released to the defense.

Lawyers for three people objected to the release, including the legal representatives for Roy Kronk, a deputy and Anthony's former friend Amy Huizenga.

Strickland granted the motions to release the phone records for the witnesses who did not object. He gave the defense seven days to work out the objections of the three witnesses.

On the courthouse steps, Jose Baez said the state needs to be scrutinized, but wouldn't give specifics.

"What needs to be done here, and as you guys go through this case, there are tough questions that you need to pose to that building over there as to a lot of things in this case and not take the guided tour. Casey Anthony is innocent of this crime and there's absolutely no reason why she should be attacked, and the defense team should be attacked and a free pass given across the street," Baez said.

An expert on body language said the video can have an impact because seeing Anthony react could reveal a lot.

"What is she saying? How is her demeanor? Not only are we looking at facial expressions, but let's look at her body angle where her shoulders are angled,” said body language expert Susan Constantine.  “Is she leaning forward? Does she seem to be remorseful? Or is she up and alert? Is she fearful?"

The 2-year-old’s remains were found in December less than a mile from the Anthonys home.

Good morning monkeys. Just saw JB on Today Show,  . Nothing new, just that KC is holding up and she's a "strong young lady" . I realize he is her defense lawyer, but I hate the speaking of her as a victim. It just irks me so much. She's not a victim, she's the ACCUSED. If they knew she didn't kill Caylee I am certain that they'd have been screaming from the rooftops that they were going to find the "real killers". But, JB wouldn't even answer the question about the "real killers" when asked. There is/was no nanny so who will they accuse? I guess no one yet cause they haven't moved away from the nanny story yet, unless they accuse one of the A's or one of KC's friends of actually being the nanny? That doesn't make sense, but neither does anything KC's ever said regarding Caylee or who/when/how/where she disappeared! JB claimed that KC and her parents are not speaking to each other when she goes to court because of the MEDIA, and that they (media) will pick apart everything they say and do, again  . I don't believe that, what would the media pick apart about them waving or smiling at each other?? KC wouldn't even look at them, but of course it's the media's fault! I'm thinking it's KC refusing to talk to them, let alone look at them and JB knows that's a problem so of course he has to make up an excuse. It's always some one elses fault!!

QM,I don't believe what Baez says about the Anthonys not speaking.I would not care about the media.I would curl up in the fetal position if my child did not acknowledge me.
I think George and Cindy are going under the bus. 
(That being said, my child wasn't devil spawn.)

me too trim....I would be at the jail to visit every time I could...and I wouldn't care if the videos of me telling my son how much I loved him were played over and over on a continuous loop. I would be shouting to the world to find the real killer!!

I have to say Macaluso seems to be the most presentable of the bunch.He even makes sense when he talks.

ITA Trimm and notice she doesn't even look for them and at the very least make eye contact, if things were good she would look at them with a smile and mouth an I love you or blow a kiss - but then again what am I thinking...we aren't talking about normal people here their actions speak volumes.

Good morning, all monkeys!  I've been hopping in and out like a jackrabbit for the last couple of days...My belly dance recital is tomorrow and I practically have my hips in a sling with all the moving I've been doing. (And there is plenty of hip to sling, let me tell you!)  Just had to say it was the best, watching the hearing with the monkey clan.  You all are the best at commentary.  What I love is that no one is forgetting WHY we are all here, Caylee, who deserves an advocate.    Thanks, monkey pals.
