Oh, no Lalas, I think he was just being sarcastic to me because I don't think pornography these days is made in Hollywood using members of the Screen Actors Guild.  I suspect that recent technology has made that pretty much old hat.

He is just sort of being nasty to me.  In fact, you might want to write that in the book.  He was also dissing Shango again.

I'm at work but was just thinking... How long had Joran been left in Aruba by himself? Paulus had been in NL for awhile, right? And Anita and the bro's joined him up there for a family reunion or something, right? So when did Anita leave? How long was Joran left alone? The PIMPs don't need the Mill Resort when they have the VDS pad. So they have everything all set up in Joran's apartment or even all throughout the house (also assuming they were doing some videoing) and PIMPs just had a blast at the VDS pad the whole time Anita was away. Maybe this built their confidence, like they felt they could get away with more at home rather then in the hotel rooms. So Freddy was there with his camera and Paulus didn't care what they were doing, maybe he was excited about joing in while Anita was away. I just wonder what the hell had been going on in the house the whole time Joran had been left all alone?

I agree 110%!! but still think Paulus was at casino until all hours of the night!!

I noticed his diss about Shango.  why won't he learn that is my favorite subject??  He just won't listen, his sibling, Houdini, needs to get him in line with the rules.  There is always one kid in the group that is the troublemaker.

Another thing that I was thinking (to add to this very eloquent theory Scarlett has brought forth) is that maybe during this "video session" of Natalee being raped, she possibly could have gained consciousness, and began to fight back...possibly even threatening to go to the authorities.  At that point, it's quite likely that the collective of suspects decided to silence her forever...

Or heaven forbid, decided to turn it into a snuff film.  Then sold it to a company that deals exclusively with such films.  Maybe Paulus was hand delivering it in Miami or Posner was.  Those kind of videos are very selectively distributed.  The viewer would not report the subject matter b/c it is exremely illegal to even possess such a video.  

Well, I don't know if I go that far.  In reasearching the concept of "snuff films", the existence of such a film anywhere in the world has never been proven to this date.  Snuff films are widely known to be nothing more then urban myth...although, murder on film has occured by way of criminal activity (serial killer, etc).

That's why I truly believe that if a videotape was made of the rape, a murder would have only been captured (on film) as a result of some kind of accident...with the tape itself being ordered destroyed by those assisting in the coverup...

Not to belabor the issue, but just b/c a real snuff film has never surfaced does not mean they don't exist.  It is made very clear that to be considered as a snuff film, the film has to be created with the sole purpose of intent to commit murder for profit in the entertainment industry.  Many murders and accidental deaths are caught on video.  Now adays kids are uploading images of "happy slapping."  There have been incidents of resulting deaths during this activity.  Natalee's rape may have been purposely taped, but if she was spontaneously murdered that would be "bonus footage" in their demented minds. Some very sick people would pay top dollar for the exclusive procurement of such a video for personal viewing.  People like this have secret vaults for storage & viewing.  Someone in the porn industry would have contacts for these types of purchasers, just as there are people who buy stolen artwork for their own pleasure.  I put nothing past these Aruban creeps.  IOW, they are capable of these types of heinously perverted acts.

Over at BFN, Kermit has posted some pix of the VDS backyard by the pool. The discussion is cement work. He noted that there are trees there now when there were no trees before. Does anyone have any pix of around the pool early on ? What interests me is that Pile of Rocks shown in December. Good Boy is at his laptop. It might look nice from the when you see the whole thing, but why cut off access to going right around the whole pool ? Was that there before ? ie July ???

If meant NIH instead (National Institute of Health) instead and need any help or special attention...please let me know. My brother is doing his post doctorate there and may be able to help. Just let me know. I know it's a HUGE place w/ tons of research going on...but trust me....I know from when my sister had cancer...knowing someone on the "inside" really does help get you some extra attention!!

Hi Lisa Lou.  That would be me.  I quess I was dyslexic typing last night b/c it was supposed to be NIH.  My SIL's family has very rare disease and have been tested & studied extensively at NIH.

I have always wondered about this and of course still do.  None of the MB kids confirmed they heard it on second questioning, at least not the Aruba Woo Hoo or whatever it was supposed to have been.  But note the Dutch reenactment jumped on that.   It is a lame attempt to make it appear she was in the car of her own free will and was not kidnapped or taken by force or deceit.

Her last known words remain that she was going back to the HI with them, indicating a group of the MB students.  I wonder what changed her mind between the sidewalk and the car.

Snuff films are big internet business as well as back room video.  I am not totally sure that there is any film of Natalee's demise, but if Freddy is to be involved here, I think video would be the optimum word here.  Maybe there was filming of the sex, but when she was carried to the regular drop-off location and came into consciousness, someone realized she could remember enough to implicate several important others.  That is when the "something bad happened".  When she tried to get away from Joran. She made him angry and he knocked her down on the pavement or maybe she fell and hit her head on the pavement because she was so drugged.  Combine that with adrenaline rush from fear and you could have lethal combination.

Really though, some of the toughest image manipulation is being done in films but it is way too cost prohibitive for anyone short of a major studio.  Alot of the films you see today try to use as little computer generated effects as possible to keep the chances of a financial return on the film bigger.
