The only good thing that I can think to say at this time is at least Nevaeh was an amber alert and found, all in one cage. Unlike so many of the others that still go on and on. I am just sorry that there will not be an arrest on this watch.

Evidence Collected At River May Lead To Killer

Investigators returned to the steep river's edge Friday to look for more evidence.

The FBI said some type of cement was found on top of the body, which appeared to be buried in a shallow grave.

"It's a little more sophisticated than just dumping a body," said Andrew Arena, the lead FBI Investigator in the case,.

A key piece of evidence collected at the site is a 90-pound bag of cement.

Only a few stores in the area sell 90-pound bags of cement. The Kuhlman Cement Company, which is located behind the home of the person of interest George Kennedy, sells 90-pound bags of cement.

Also, it appears that the fence outside the cement company was recently cut.

I noticed this interesting bit in the article:

Investigators said they found a glove near the scene, but they have not said what importance it may have to the case.

I'm wondering if it will have relevance to Nevaeh's case, and if it does, hopefully it would provide more clues, which hopefully will nail down the identity of the person/persons responsible.

man, this just leaves me at a standstill....i can see where kennedy could have done this..but its not getting there with me.  i still like the mom, and if mom is preggers i'd think its kenneys kid and the only reason she would want him back in the pokey is/was money/drugs.   nevaeh was not the first though in  t ::MonkeyConfused::his womans mind.. i just have the feeling if anything the mom is trying to set this up..i have no proof and no direct evidence i just have a feeling.

Wow Fanny, you just read my mind! I was just thinking about the Amber Alert to found all in one thread. It would be great to have an arrest too, but there is so much evidence to go through, it's truly going to be awhile for that.

if you are a paroled SO and end up getting someone pg, can you visit your own child after its born.  does the state just walk in?  if a stipulation of your parole was you were not to be around a woman with a child, and, she had no child but you got her preggers, can you be with her?  i know it's the same question, but the law is different by wording in different states.

Well, 90lb bag of cement narrows the field a little. Carrying that down that steep slope on your shoulder would take a hefty strong person. Can't say that I think Jennifer would be that proned to heavy lifting. Still does not rule out helping or knowing though.  Praying for dna on the inside of the glove.

Mama I don't think the SO can be with that women ... many SOs can't see the kids they fathered prior to their conviction so I sure hope they can't see any they father afterwards

i know he wasn;t supposed to be with Nevaeh's mom 'cause he couldn't be with a woman with a child.  but if mom had no kid?  and is now preggers with so's kid?  could he see that new kid?  its not a parole violation to get someone pg.

I have heard cases of this also. I don't know whether it varies from state to state or if it has anything to do with the charges in the first place. But if they can't seem to keep RSO's away from other children, I don't know how they could keep them away from their own. They always seem to slip between the cracks. JMO

I don't know the answer to this question.  It is very confusing to think about.   Would be interesting to know.
