I would think it would be like doctor/patient relationships. I know that is a big no no. I love reading the Texas Medical Board's disiplinary actions, there are always doctors being disiplined for improper relationships with patients.

I have been thinking about the way Cindy and George looked in court yesterday and then the time prior.  The time prior they were madbecause they heard they were being included in the lawsuit by ZG.

Since then I think the doc dump we haven't seen, but I thought Baez got last week, there may be some things in there that can not be denied as far as evidence against Casey.  Next, I think that Brad has told them he is either leaving their employee completely or that he will not represent them in the criminal case.  I also think he probably said who was representing KC now..and what Lyon's is like...ie..expect to be used as an example of a possible suspect..you are going under the bus.  The bubble is burst.

All those things would be like a ton of bricks..the whole show as they have created it is over and will be exposed...and by whom that ungrateful b*tch of daughter that they feel they have done everything they could for up until now.

So now the resolution hits that they have to not only take cover..they are going to have to come out swinging.....  I am of the firm belief that George and Cindy and Lee will go under the bus..but until someone pointed it out..like their attorney.. they could not comprehend of her doing this to them.  (Although Ray Charles could have seen this one coming)

That "incident" thing on the video and Casey's reaction was worth watching. It made me realize that very little content of the hearings so far have been about Caylee per se............. it's mostly been procedural. When Baez sort of stumbled on the word "incident" I thought it was just a contrast he was making between a sudden happening, like an accident, and premeditation.

It appears to be a violation if it exploits the lawyer client client relationship. In other words I guess it's up for debate and depends on if the client feels she was used afterwards.

Did you all hear LKB mention to the judge that she has been doing the depo's via SKPE?  Why do you all think she thought it was important to work that into the hearing's minutes?

I have my own ideas and I think Andrea Lyon alluded to it in her press interview.

I have no clue to what SKPE means, anybody?

My son uses it for school all the time to talk to one of his professors and friends. He also can skype me from school and for his out of town trips. We have it here at home so we don't have to yell at one anther when he is in his bedroom and I am on my laptop.  You also have the capability to talk or text. All you need is earphones with a mic. It can be private as you have to be signed up as a contract to use it with a particular person. We love it. Much cheaper than cell phone charges. Free!!!

Hey, monkeys!  I just got done catching up--wow, some serious brain action going last night!  Won't be here much today, Belly Dancing Recital at 2 pm--gonna take until then to wedge myself into the "appliance" (ie spanx).

I didn't see any strange reaction. I did see KC 'sigh'...but nothing more. I watched it 3 times. Baez is like Porky Pig when he speaks. It is quite pathetic, lol. Abadee abadee abadee......that's all folks!!

I did not see it either - but when JB speaks his fake friendliness with the judge is nauseating!

It is nauseating - & I hate it when he says: "Judge" instead of "Your Honor" ... he is so disrespectful,imo.

I think so too. That was a pet peeve of mine during the first OJ trial.

It's okay CBB. I keep getting kicked out of the cage. I think the incident video was worth watching. I think he knows the incident that occured and suddenly caught himself and went back to using the word disappearance.  I wish they would get on with the real trial and none of this other BS. I want Caylee's name mentioned in court and it won't be until the real trial starts. By the time the real trial starts, my bet is on kc having to wear a MooMoo. JMO JSM

Thanks N2W, so if there was a relationship prior to him becoming her attorney, there is no impropriety? Interesting. I know there was talk earlier about how KC found Baez and some monkeys thought she knew him before this started. If that is true, he can't get in trouble. That's the way I am reading it. JSM is not so smart when it comes to legal mumble jumble.

I agree with all of this DD, even Ray Charles could see it coming a mile away.

Maybe I am losing my mind, but werent George and Cindy offered immunity way back? If so, can they still get it? TIA JSM
