I remember seeing it on the web cam & later that day a video (I want to say WFTV)   Here is Cindy & Casey's actual 911 calls - listen to how cocky & dictorial Casey sounds, and this beeotch did not call about a "missing child" (notice she wont identify herself).   Reason Im posting it is because it demonstrates not only her demeanor & what she lacked in having the "courage" or non fear to do about her alleged "missing daughter."   I watched that as it happened on the web cam & there was no reason for Cindy & George to go outside, never mind with bats & hoses in hand - they should have stayed inside and called in the nuisance.    That doesnt justify these protesters actions. just saying the Anthonys provoke & dish out -- they chose to get before the cameras and provoke this scene for sympathy from the public.   Here is a video of that night so the video you guys are looking for is the morning of Sept 19th if it was the next morning as I remember.

Capp:  Do you have an understanding as to why the docs re: Padilla and his folks have not been released to the public?  They were given to the defense several weeks ago. 

Also, I heard Baden say on Geraldo's show the other night that the defense had gotten the release of several interviews gagged. Could that be what's happened to the Padilla docs?

I am not our dear Capp, but I will field this one.

LP and co. statements as they relate to the case, were taken by the FBI. There is a different evidentiary intake process as it relates to discovery. Honestly, as open as LP is, there is nothing new to be gleaned here. From my conversations with LP, RD and TP, I am unaware of anything, to a lesser degree, that is not already out there.

There has been no gag order in this case, and therefore nothing in terms of evidence has been "gagged" with the exception of Gran Jury testimony or evidence presented at same. In which case, it is presentable at trial only and not subject to disclosure per se

No, I dont know, neither does Lenny.   I am sure they will be released at some point, right now I just think everything is technically filed for release but being held temporarily because there is all this hoop la & drama via defense motions.
Im pretty sure LBK was referring to interviews they did/depositions regarding the jail video, I don't think it referenced Morgan's depositions.

Blink, is right on due to them being taken by FBI - but they were scheduled for released as reported by several news outlets.    Eventually, they will be available.   I agree with our Blink, I dont think there is much new or bombshell worthy but I am curious what Tracey has said via sworn statement & Im sure Lenny's is colorful to say the least.

It was just one of those videos that seeing them in court looking at each other the way they did, triggered the reminder of the video leaving home where they were rushing out of the house with George yelling at them and Baez not closeing the door for her. Probably nothing in the whole scheme of things. We just believe that is really the point where the Antony's and Bozo had a parting of the ways. IIRC Brain is fried at this point.   

  I was laying in bed ...hearing A1 singing,and remembered Jose opened the door and didn't close it.I had posted it backwards.
We thought they had a lover spat.

My opinion is there are several outstanding motions presently, and the docs "released" are pursuant to that, so media is not going to rush that release. No need, this has plenty of girth to drag out.

I D R E A D saying this, but I dont think we are going to see anything meaty by way of docs until LYONAISE files her "The DP is unconstitutional in this case" rafter dump. That is in effect why they are going that route; they want a preview. They wont get it.

 Jail Officials’ Interviews Filed On Casey’s Reaction to Remains

ORLANDO -- The Orlando Sentinel reports more than 200 pages of transcripts from interviews with two Orange County Jail officials were filed in court Monday afternoon in the case against Casey Anthony.

Lt. Tammy Unser and Sgt. Billy Richardson were questioned last month about what happened at the jail on Dec. 11, the day the remains of Anthony's 2-year-old daughter.

Caylee were found less than a mile from her family's home.

Unser testified a commander at the Orange County Sheriff's Office instructed jail officials to take Anthony to the medical facility where she could see news reports on the television where a camera recorded her reaction.

Both told Casey's lawyers they thought the move was a little "cruel and unusual."

Judge Stan Strickland hasn't decided whether to make that video public.
