KC's squirrel moved to Michigan!  He's collecting flags so they can attend another "anything-but-clothes" party wearing American flags whenever she gets out of jail!!!!  Of course the flags are stolen from undeserving victims in keeping with the Anthony theme.

Squirrel at Mich. cemetery wraps nest in Old Glory

PORT HURON, Mich. (AP) -- Squirrel. Thief. Patriot.

A brazen squirrel has been grabbing small American flags placed in a Port Huron, Mich., cemetery and carrying them up to its nest, which now looks as if it's bedecked in bunting.

Every Memorial Day, volunteers place the flags next to the graves of nearly 1,000 veterans buried at Mount Hope Cemetery about 55 miles northeast of Detroit. The flags were undisturbed during a Mass held Monday.

The Times Herald reports that workers at the cemetery on Tuesday noticed several flags had been torn off their wooden staffs, which were still in the ground.

The mystery was solved in front of superintendent Ron Ceglarek's eyes. He watched a squirrel detach a flag stapled to a staff and carry it up a tree to the nest.

   I can't be here so much in the summer.  Just wondering if maybe we haven't gotten all the documents is because they are going to be used in court???  Doesn't the Sunshine law exclude all that the prosecution is actually going to use?

Baez Files New Motion To Seal Jail Video

Attorney Jose Baez filed another motion Monday regarding blocking released of the video. Baez filed the same motion last week, but the filing came so late that the judge didn't have time to read it.

Tuesday afternoon, Eyewitness News obtained depositions by Casey Anthony's defense team of the two corrections officers who were with Casey at the time of the remains discovery. Baez claims the videotape was staged. He says Casey was brought in front of the camera and told the remains were found just to see her reaction.

Yes, that, and if the person being interviewed, and there is a chance that person could be in danger if the interview was released, it won't be. I think there is also something else which would be excluded, but I don't remember.

This is exactly why I reassessed my original thoughts on Bozo's motion with the statements he singled out that Uncer & Richardson mad regarding cruelty and inhumane treatment because there is obviously omissions he made in his presentation.

Ive said all along that Casey's rights regarding her privacy or medical records were NOT violated...the only thing with any possible merit is if the conduct was inappropriate based on the statements he did include in his motion BUT as I further reflected it just goes to show wisdom in getting the entire deposition to put everything in context.

I havent read the deps yet, I'm going to right now.   I worked on that other post & then did some work around the house, was pleased to come back to this release...cyas in a bit.
