To clarify

The .pdf for Tasmmy Uncer includes her statements made on Dec 11th at the OC jail with detectives & her deposition later taken by Casey's defense team at the State Attorney's office - the deposition begins after the 12/11 sworn statement (which we previously heard on audio via last document release)

I guess I don't know how to read well, but I have read the depo twice of Richardson and I have yet to find where he said "it was inhumane" to make KC sit there. Did Baez LIE to the judge?  That is what he said IIRC.

They kept making a big deal about Richardson saying something on the lines of "that is enough" referencing the news being shown over and over. They took that out of context too as to the way it was intended by him.

OMG all the questions to TU by LKB about her entire work history and experience. Am I the only one going nuts reading this? It's all irrelevent (to me). I haven't even got to anything about KC yet, and I'm scrolling through all TU's work history without reading it, just trying to get to the relevent stuff!! I hope this isn't all there is to read!

Yes, LKB always tries to intimidate by calling people out, heck she called Strickland out one time and he put her right back into her place where she then began to list out her resume.  What a waste of time and my vision!

I've been thinking... scary, I know.  And please forgive me if this has been hashed and rehashed as sometimes I skip ahead  .  BUT what I can't get over is the coincidence of ZFG visiting sawgrass apartments.  Do we know if slore knew of the ZFG (that has filed the lawsuit) before Caylee went missing?  Maybe she sent ZFG a postcard inviting her to visit sawgrass apts.  I get those things in the mail all of the time that look like they were printed up on someone's computer. 

Now I'm straw grasping, we need documents! 

Your idea is as good as any. We are all just batting around ideas and fighting the doldrums of waiting...waiting....waiting.... Surely to goodness somebody KNOWS why we aren't getting any docs. Just wish they would clue us in. I hope it's worth the wait.   
Actually, your idea wasn't a bad one. 

Yes, since we have time on our hands all we can do is speculate. I always wondered if there wasn't a person at sawgrass(either employee or tenant)that notified KC that her alter ego had been to the apt office. Maybe somebody that knew KC was associated with that name. Another idea is that since KC and TL were apt hunting for a new place for him to live then maybe they crossed paths......just a thought since we don't have new docs to chew on.......

Those common people would be Annie Dowling and Dante.  Very good idea about how posssibly the person came to sawgrass apts.

Afternoon Monkeys!!
Just started reading Tammy Uncer's depo and at the same time I am thinking.....man, that name sounds familiar. Finally figured it out when I read that she once worked in the booking area of the jail when people off the street are brought in to be booked. I use to watch a program called Jail and now I remember seeing her on there dealing with some of the ones brought in. Good show.....Just set my Tivo up to start watching it again. At one time it showed OJ being brought in, since they film all different jails.....maybe they will show Casey on one of her rearrests. Anyway, off to read some more...

Also, this is JMO, but I can see Casey now as 'fantasizing' herself as an 'assistant' to all her high profile lawyers with the way she passes her notes to them and turns the mic off and on when she wants to speak to them. Just wanted to add that for thought.

does anyone remember the Zenaida (sp?) who's office was broken into and computer stolen?  was her last name gonzolese (i really butchered the last name, sorry)?  did they ever find out who broke into the place?  so many bizarre happenings in this case.  i don't think they're all related, but if they were...WOW

Hello everyone!  Life is settling down some so I hope to be here more often reading again. 

Making the news headlines, a photo of George in his HHR ...the story says that George and Cindy chased down a couple of ladies who had put a cross on the memorial site.  I hope that they are SO busted...but I have my doubts seeing as who else is involved in the story...I'm sure you know who I mean
