Awwww. I'm glad you'll be taking him to the vet if he's no better in the morning. My son gives his dog glaucosamine (sp?) because he's getting older, particularly for his large breed. I think it helps him. He was just beginning to be a little stiff getting up, and that's gone away!

Yes the will gave the property to my Dad, but her family is contesting it.

I do no know if this helps. But if you give a key to a another and allow them to have personal mail delivered to your " Home" - legally it is considered their residence. The only way you can legally make them leave is by court order. Have them evicted.
Which is not what you are asking ..to have someone removed. But it is Law if you allow someone to reside with you, has a key and their mail delivered it is considered their home.

I'd like to see him serve that sentence working 24/7, 365 days a year in 12 hour shifts to keep making monkey to pay into a fund to repay those that lost their savings, retirement and etc.  until the day he dies.
