I can just picture it.  Some tanked-up red neck, at the urging of his 15 year old pregnant girlfriend who has been following the case, will try to impress her and open a can of whoop ass on GA.

It's odd that you say that, because I was wondering how they are able to be out and about without someone accosting them in their daily activities. They seem to move around fairly freely. Can you imagine bumping into Spindy at Publix? Or George pumping gas? I know there are some pretty mouthy people down there. Some days I imagined them having those big burley bodyguards that escorted Casey out of jail. But seeing pictures of them at their depos and at the performances at the vigil for Haleigh and Daytona, I guess not. There's alway the possibility that OCSO is providing them with round the clock protection. Now wouldn't that chap some azzes down in Orlawndo?

Casey Anthony's Defense Files New Motion

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Orange County Sheriff's Office decided not to press charges against George and Cindy Anthony after two women claimed the couple chased them.

The women told deputies that the Anthonys chased them last week after they caught the couple removing a cross they had left at a former memorial site for the Anthony's granddaughter, Caylee Anthony.

Caylee's body was found in the woods near the Anthony family home in December. She was reported missing in July. Her mother, Casey Anthony, is being held at the Orange County Jail on first-degree murder charges in her death.

Meanwhile, Casey Anthony's defense attorney Jose Baez has filed new court documents accusing prosecutors and law enforcement of improperly leaking secret information to the media.

The filing claims that law enforcement has tried to influence potential jurors by leaking details of the case that make Casey Anthony appear guilty.

The defense is asking for more time to fight the release of jail surveillance video, which reportedly shows Casey Anthony hyperventilating when she learned a child's body had been found in December.

Crock a doodle doo this fine morning, just wanted to know if Casey will go to court for stealing money from her friend or will that be forgotten?  I assume that would be an easy case to win.  I remember in the beginning the Anthony's were saying they had reliable information on the suspects and they were being watched all the while their granddaughter was throw away like yesterdays trash..  I see all the lies and wonder if maybe its something that someone's slipping into their water supply.. I mean how else can they actually go on tv and lie and lie?  These attorneys of Casey hope that most of us live in a Magical WOrld of Make Believe with Friendly Dancing Pixies..

Anyway I just don't understand why wait when they can actually used information gathered from the aboce case against her in the criminal case.  I know its kind of over kill but I just don't trust our system to always work.

If I'm not mistaken, those charges and trial will follow, but that doesn't make much sense, so maybe it will be forgotten  I don't trust our system to always work either.

How do they lie on good on TV?  Appears practice makes perfect.  If I didn't know better I would almost say Joran and Casey were kin to each other.  OH Anita and Cindy remind me a lot of each other.

Good Morning. I don't think that Amy's case will ever see a judge's courtroom. That was one of my points last night. I think it would be an ace in the hole for a felony conviction before Casey goes to court for the murder of Caylee. Upon conviction, she would already be a felon. It would gaurantee that she would serve time on the counts of the check case, and amplify the fact that she was indeed going to serve time. A little attitude adjustment, as it were. And God forbid that somehow she wiggled out of first degree murder charge, she would still be put away for some length of time anyway. JMO

   Lemme barge right in with my 2 cents on this! I'm sure someone knows the real legal explanation but my backwoods explanation on why they don't/can't go ahead with a case is because our system is so bassackwards when it comes to criminal's rights. There's so much fear about predjudicing a jury, God forbid the jury know the truth about the criminal. That's my early morning, only one cup coffee  opinion!
