This sounds to me like if the Ants will release their side of the conversations, then D Casey should not have a problem releasing his side. If they are all released under the Sunshine Laws, this may come back to bite JB in the azz, as he also hired J Casey as a PI. I hope he doesn't get to pick and chose what he wants to release.JMO

Scotti Simpson, a student at Jacksonville State University in Alabama and founder of "In Memory of Caylee Marie Anthony," a group with over 22,000 members, announced today that they are the group that will be spearheading the vigil at Blanchard Park for Cayle Anthony on June 16th.
Scotti, an education major, said he felt so deeply touched by Caylee that he started the group in her honor. When asked why he felt so many people had joined his cause, Scotti said he hopes to have one million voices for Caylee and that he sees this as a way to unite people across America to honor her. All who wish to honor Caylee are welcome.

Pat Burgess, the Orlando representative, will be on hand to introduce the guest speaker Richard Grund. Richard Grund says he feels blessed to have had Caylee in his life, even if only for a short time.

Boo...you have R. Grund's ear, right??  I wonder if he would organize a balloon release for Caylee from us? I would be more than happy to send him the $$$'s....wouldn't it be great to see hundreds of balloons floating across the sky in Orlando for Caylee!!  Unless anyone else can think of someone to ask? Capp is LP gonna be there? Come on let's do something.

Since it is a slow news day I wanted to say hi!

I have been lurking since the Caylee case began.  She reminds me so very much of my stepdaughter, and Casey reminds me of her birth mother. 

Every time I  look at my SD, I see Caylee and am thankful that my SD hasn't met the same fate. 

I may not post often - but I always read

Okay monkeys I have a question. Today I was driving home and at a red light in a neighborhood I saw a little boy probably 4 maybe 5 walking towards the busy road, turn around and walk the other way. For a split second I wanted to ask him what he was doing by himself, but the light turned green and I was in traffic. I was going to turn around and see if he was okay, but there was so much traffic I couldn't do it. There was a guy jogging, but totally not related to this kid. This just bothered me when I got home, plus the notes on the apartment doors saying burglars are in the hood and to lock doors, windows look for strangers carrying laundry baskets and not to go out at night alone.  Why is this world so crazy and people let their kids run around a major street alone. Thanks for letting me rant, JSM

George and Cindy Anthony are providing new help to attorney Jose Baez, who is representing their daughter, Casey.

The parents have given Baez access to any privileged phone conversations they had with their private investigator, Dominic Casey, WESH-Channel 2 reported this afternoon.

"This should prove once and for all whether Dominic Casey was talking to Cindy Anthony, as some have speculated, during this November search of the woods," WESH's Bob Kealing said.

The Anthonys' attorney said the phone records will prove no Anthony family member was talking the private eye during that November search, WESH anchor Jim Payne said.

Toddler Caylee Anthony's remains were found in those woods in December. Casey Anthony is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter.

Baez has filed a new motion to gain access to the private eye's phone records after the man made inconsistent statements about his calls. The meaning of the motion? "Any of the main witnesses in this case who went into the wooded area before Caylee's remains were found are sure to face intense scrutiny from Casey Anthony's defense team," Kealing said.
