Casey Anthony's defense lawyers are expected to conduct a second interview with an Orange County deputy today, according to WFTV.com

Deputy Adriana Acevedo has already been interviewed once in the past, but will face a second round of questioning.

Acevedo is the deputy who responded twice to the wooded area on Suburban Drive where a child's remains were found on Dec. 11. The remains were later identified as those of Caylee Marie Anthony.

Casey Anthony's defense lawyers are expected to conduct a second interview with an Orange County deputy today, according to WFTV.com

Acevedo is the deputy who responded twice to the wooded area on Suburban Drive where a child's remains were found on Dec. 11. The remains were later identified as those of Caylee Marie Anthony.

Ya know, had Casey at least faked an abduction by calling 911 June 16th, one could understand an attempted defense of "some other dude did it" but the fact that she had no intention of reporting Caylee "missing" and what was found to later be with Caylee's remains from her residential home & her trunk evidence, this is just too absurd to believe...well unless you're missing 90% of working brain cells!  This interrogation is getting to be more like harassment than a deposition.

I'll bet dollars to donuts that LKB will be grilling questioning Acevedo today. Evidently, Bozo doesn't know how to conduct depos in the tough thorough ways of a savy, hard-nosed lawyer. I wish they would help him with his motions so we can get this show on the road and lets goooooooooo!

As much as I don't like it, I'd expect the defense to question Acevedo. They'll try to establish from him that Caylee's body wasn't there and that the "real" perp moved her there later.

It won't work. Casey's going down!

O/T BREAKING NEWS:    There is going to be a press conference about the murders of Taylor Placker & Skyla Whitaker - the two girls that were shot off a road in Oklahoma.   The press briefing will be held at the Okfuskee County Courthouse in Okemah, no time was announced on Foxnews but it will be this morning.   There is DNA that found but it is not expected that any information on that DNA will be discussed.   It is the one year anniversary of the girls murders.

Have they given a time for the news conference? All I am hearing is there is going to be one. TIA

I've thought about that too. She gained a little because Caylee's body might have been found earlier, and forensically the "murder" could have been backed up better. But the story she told is just too far fetched to be plausible and begs the obvious question...Why make it up? She put the icing on the cake by "partying hardy" while Caylee was "missing".

She's so busted.

I never quite understood about the release of documents, when they say documents are ready under the sunshine law what process is in place to prevent them being made public? It seems many time now we have been informed docs are ready but it's almost as if they vanish into thin air. Does no one actually say, "these documents are part of the investigation and are not available," or do we have to do another DOCUDANCE!!!!!!!!!!!
