Thanks Igs.  I appreciate your help.  Makes me think there is something to this if Jacobs says there isn't.  Lead the family in the wrong direction once again.

We got to this point of confusion trying to associate Simian's  reference to the 5th suspect having an alibi.

See how that shango/simian stuff messes things up.

Actually, Lorenzo came up before we began talking about Shango tonight. But I refuse to argue the point with you any longer.

I thought you PROMISED Carnut  Razz  now behave !

Well, let's see Guido worked in the casino and was working the night of the crime...so how would Max be an alibi unless, he was with him. Now, how do we connect Max, who has Peeps with him all the time, to Guido the croupier?  Too bad we can't ask Peeps if he knows Guido.  If Max provided the alibi, then Guido and Max must have been together at some time during that time.

I think your Max's and Lorenzo's getting a bit mixed.

Peeps said the speedshop Max know Lorenzo VR.

Peeps said he had only seen Lorenzo VR and he was a tall Dutch guy.

Peeps and speedshop Max have no mention of Guido.

Peeps mentions Lorenzo VR coming to shop for quad racer info.

Peeps confuses the SM use of 'locoman' to be Lorenzo VR and gets corrected.

Actually I don't.  I am thinking along the same lines you are.  That Max and Peeps really do know Lorenzo and that Max provided the alibi.  Anna was the one that made me go in the other direction.  She seemed to think there was confusion as to who Tito was talking about.  So, I thought, well, let's see if Guido could be the one Tito meant and not Lorenzo.  Tito called the suspect Lorenzo Wever, so I was trying to make it fit...so far I can't.

And I think Anna just explained it.

Tito's Lorenzo Wever aka Guide Wever and Freddie Locoman had the Alibi for Guido Wever that evening.

Peeps and Speedshop Max had nothing to do with the activities of the night and Anna seems to think and I agree that Lorenzo VR hasn't been shown to have any connection with the evenings activities.

Oh, Carnut, this is not a popular POV!  But thank goodness you at least understand where I am coming from with this.  Was beginning to think I was in Twilight Zone as I sometimes am, you know.

But even taking it one step farther, remember scubajap tried to sell us the bill of goods that Freddie's family reunion lasted ALL NIGHT long?  Most unusual as mine are good for about three hours then we all have to get away from each other, lol.

So we have direct contradiction between scuba and Melody/Anita as to where Freddie was that night.  Don't think he was alibi for Guido but that is the only quad racer confiscated in this that I know anything about.  Not LVR's but Guido's was taken by the cops.

Humm, them folks are really into the 'family reunion' thing, that's one of AVDS's alibis.

I know most people here think Shango/Simian is a bunch of crap...so be it.  I am just tired of arguing the point any longer...either you believe or not.  I don't care any longer...I should not have to defend my thoughts about Shango everytime I am here...just scroll on by if you don't want to read it...

Now, I am getting upset because I am tired so I will hug Nemo and call it a night.  I am tired of getting razzed about Simian and Shango.   Rolling Eyes

Yes, I remember the story Freddy has stayed the night at JVDS pad, but never really believed it and still don't.

He may have shown up later that night to assist with body disposal so the story of staying the night may have been needed just in case he was witnessed to be there that night.

Lalas - there are many posts, theories and thoughts.  All deserve respect, IMO (as long as they do not lose sight of the fact that Natalee's family continues to hurt over this).  Don't worry about posting about Simian and Shango - no different than discussing Lorenzo or Peeps or Tony's or AG or anyone else's posts.   Until someone absolutely proves Simian/Shango have no bearing, I think it deserves as much posting as anything else.

Check every detail. Check it twice.

I hope I didn't upset you, Lalas, but I didn't mention S or S.  Imagine how I feel with the rare opinion the LVR had little or nothing to do with anything for that is just the same as heresy to say here so I do understand not wanting to defend every post.

And its not worth getting upset over because none of us knows what happened for a fact.  If we did, we wouldn't still be all speculating.  But I do think we take too much at face value some of the things we were told early on and the LVR stuff just reeks of a Julia inspired decoy to me.

That is just ME and you are entitled to think and Shango all you want and I hope you will.  Next time, I will just stay out of it.

Good night, all.

Florida - I don't remember who sent me what pictures and when.  If the white van photo came from you thank you!

I would like to know why LORENZO is an off limit subject as of July 2005??  In June we were told he's crazy, does drugs, holds rave parties.  Now he's  a saint that we aren't supposed to talk about.  I DON'T GET IT!

I don't get it either.....

I think the MYTH was bigger than the PERSON

Who I saw was a healthy, attractive young guy.
Not the "MYSTERIOUS LORENZO"

I think there ARE parties & POSSIBLY he has "BLACKMAIL" on certain people that frequent his parties.

His late father was "best friends" with Paulus
Paul van Rijn killed himself....
Demons plagued him, as well as drugs.

He was one of the first people afther JK2 and the Security Guards that was brought in for questioning.  There is a reason for that.  Either he is involved in some way or he knows something.  I don't give a crap how wholesome looking he is.

Scott Peterson was also clean cut and fairly normal looking.

I think there is a pretty big assumption in this post that I think is incorrect.  This is the part:

On June 10th it was publicly released to the world-wide media that one of the suspects—either Joran Van Der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe, or Satish Kalpoe-- had confessed that Natalee was dead, had been buried at a given location

I feel that the confession was supposed to be from one of the security guards not one of the 3 REAL suspects.  I believe that was part of the framejob of the guards.  I think certian people didnt find out that the frame-up was blown wide open and were just going ahead as planned.  Someone in the ALE or wherever heard them announcing the confession and had to get everyone to back track in a hurry because the frame job had to be called off.  I believe this all fits into the timeline perfectly also.
