I didn't think that the Anthonys thought that Casey was capable of murder. Yes, they knew many, many troubling things about her, but by reading that statement that George made to Murphy, maybe they did think she was capable of murder

I said the same last night Blink about the autopsy report release.   I think "Stan the Man" strategically granted a temporary stay so that the media can establish what the Sunshine Law statute stipulates yet once again & show that there is no merit to the Anthonys standing which is ZIP!  This way on a legal basis the decision will be made as opposed to giving these maggots room to say that their monster was prejudiced further by the release or that their "anguish" was not considered.   It will be put on the record that although images and video of the autopsy itself do fall under items that may be sealed until trial, the report does not fall in that category.   This is also important after Casey is convicted (notice I do not hesitate with that affirmative statement) when she raises a few dozen appeals.   I wish I was a fly on his chamber wall because he had to have heard that the Anthonys were stealing crosses from the very site they are claiming to be in "great anguish" over the details of Caylee's murder & shaking his head.

Think about this the defense has been filing motions of misconduct yadda yadda yadda, and just when they think the judge is about to make a decision they ask for a delay on their motions.   We both know the defense & the Anthonys are just throwing monkey wrenches in this case because even they know Casey is guilty.   Sorry I feel that the "amazonette" has had ample time already to get "up to snuff" with the case that she can at least file her friggin sob story motion against this being a death qualified case, she did tell the press that she went over the case enough to "know it is not a DP case."   It doesnt matter what she "thinks" the State has met the criteria to seek the DP based on having at least 2 of the mandatory elements present - one she cannot dispute at all and that is the victim is under 12, the other is exactly why there is a separate charge of  Agg Assault upon a Minor.

I get infuriated, impatient & frustrated too but in the end Casey & the rest of these maggots will get their just due in spades...I'll bet my SUV on it, how's that for confidence?   I hope your friend has healed from injury.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Orange County medical examiner Dr. Jan Garavaglia said Friday that the autopsy report on the remains of Caylee Anthony draws no new conclusions as to her cause of death.

Garavaglia reported in December that the toddler's death was a homicide of unknown origin. However, she added that she included a summary in her 30-page report that draws some conclusions about what happened to Caylee based on tests and other evidence gathered since she made her initial findings.

That autopsy report was to be included in the hundreds of pages of new evidence released by the state attorney's office in the case against Casey Anthony Friday morning. However, George and Cindy Anthony succeeded in the effort to at least temporarily block the release of their granddaughter's autopsy report.

One thing out of about a million things I don't understand about Joy's interview.  Why don't they question her more about the pillow or pillowcase that smelled like something dead and why she ripped it up?  Did they already know that she wasn't all there?  After all of this publicity, another monkey said that she was on local news, I wonder if someone will check on the welfare of her children?  I am very worried about them.  Did she say that she went to the remains site, alone while her husband was at work and her children were at school?  School was out and I thought she had children younger than school age.  I was better off without the documents today...I am more confused than ever.

Why oh why, is the most important part of Ricardo's interview inaudible?  It just seems too convenient.  What was she giving Caylee and why did they want to know?  I need smart monkeys and I need them now.

I have been wondering about the passages in Ricardo's interview. I know there was some talk about the candy-looking necklaces that all the friends of Casey's in some of the pictures were wearing. Some thought that it was a club-scene type thing, and that the necklaces were not really candy, but poss X or some other club drug. I wonder if that was what the thing was in the picture that Ricardo was refering to. IIRC I remember seeing a pic of Caylee with one of these type necklaces on. I wonder if he was being shown a pic of Casey when that part was inaudible.

I remember when I was a kid, we used to have necklaces that were really made of candy, and they would really get grungy out in the heat and humidity with us playing and and  sweating. Ugh! Do they even make these things anymore. I was just wondering if Caylee was wearing one of the X type necklace. Just a thought.....

Yes, I saw that & found it strange.  It sounds like they are looking at a picture or something.  And Ricardo says "Yeah, Caylee like them and Casey would give them to her a few times."

what came to my mind was drumsticks....I was thinking they gave her the drumsticks to play with..going by that picture of Caylee with his drumset and something from early on in the case.

Even if it had been under water, her REMAINS GEORGE!! would have been emitting gasses and that would have bubbled to the top. Caylee was only about five feet off the road.

 I don't think Joy was friendly enough with the Anthony's to know about that spot yet. She lives in Oviedo, and not near the Anthonys, so she would not even have been familiar with that area. I think her story is bogus, through and through. I think she is trying to help the Anthonys in whatever way she can. She is liable to get her own self in a crack following their lead. Even she said that she had been brainwashed by the Anthonys and Kid Finders. JMO

Ohhh, you are so right.  The police knew what Kio said about the school but the public didn't know about it right away.  There would be no reason for Joy to be there.  School was also out then, she said she went there when her husband was at work and her children at school.  Does anyone know for sure how many children Joy has and their ages?

Darla, that is so strange.  If they can leave something off of a released document that isn't personal information, do they get to pick and choose?  How can that be conforming to the Sunshine Law?  I recently read most of the Sunshine Law that a monkey had posted and I don't recall it saying that anything could be held back except for personal information etc.  Instead of anything being made any clearer today it just gets more confusing.  I hope Georgie boy gets a big kick out of the fact that Joy wouldn't leave her child alone with him, afraid they would go missing.  How telling is that?  I don't care how many mental problems Joy has I am more worried about her children than her atm.  How can someone be Baker Acted five times and still have custody?  This world is a very scary place.  I am glad I am not local to that area, knowing that Joy is just out and about roaming at will.  Thanks for the reply Darla.

Although it says no change in Caylee's cause of death it did say that she added her conclusions based on tests and other evidence. She won't leave things hanging, I don't think. JMO
